Play was very good. Not exactly Crosbyish, but I knew it was a play on a small stage.
This was almost like watching the movie, but with more depth. Same well known music, just not clear on who the old guy in the barn was, and the granddaughter was younger, but still really glad we went.
Going to see White Christmas made my holiday season. From the beginning to the end, I can't think of anything I did not enjoy. This is a must see especially during the holidays. It was my first time to use the valet parking and I highly recommend this as well. I took a friend for her 75th birthday and she said it was the best musical she has ever gone to at Fair Park. Thank you so much for providing us a piece of Broadway here in northeast Texas.
While I have watched the movie version of "White Christmas" many, many times, I had never seen a stage production. I was afraid it would be a poor show in comparison to the beloved movie. Much to my delight, it was not a poor copy, but a different version of the same story. The music was excellent, the acting was great, but the dancing was FANTASTIC! What a wonderful surprise!
From the vibrant wardrobe colors, to the perfectly executed dance sequences, to the eye-catching sets, to the beautifully orchestrated numbers, White Christmas was a treat and well-worth every penny spent!
Very enjoyable afternoon. The production was very good. The sound, costumes, lighting and acting was very good quality. The venue was nice with no bad seating. Lunch was quite good for the price.
The production is first class. In addition to a very talented cast performing to perfection, the lighting, sound, costumes, and especially the sets were unbelievable. This is a must see.
We had a great time at White Christmas! The music and acting were all top notch. The venue was amazing. We will definitely do this again....
Thoroughly enjoyed the musical version. Good mixture of the movie and some new songs.
Fun show for the holidays! I would recommend it! Great
My family and I went to see White Christmas at the Music Hall at Fair Park and we were simply blown away by the talent of the cast! We highly recommend it to everyone of all ages - don't miss it!
We thoroughly enjoyed the show! We've been watching White Christmas on TV for years but seeing the live performance was just fabulous!!!
The vocals and dancing were unforgettable! Loved everything about the show!!
Talented cast, wonderful sets, colorful from beginning to end. Great sound and gifted musicians from orchestra to vocalists. Just a really special part of our Christmas celebration this year.
Loved the show. It was the perfect thing to put us in the holiday spirit. It was great that they invited everyone to join in and sing at the end.
Great show! Love the costumes, the music, and the dancing. Fun for the whole family.
Delightfully well cast. Colorful costumes. Energizing choreography.
It was excellent! Would definitely recommend as a date or for the family!
Most important for me, the show was safe for an 11 year old; some bawdy humor and a few "hells" where they weren't needed, but otherwise fine. The dancing was spectacular, as was the singing. Costumes are so colorful that it seems to bring the movie to life. My only disappointment was that the movie is more heartfelt, so that empathy for the general is stronger and the final scene more moving, but for a musical it makes more sense I guess to keep it light and moving fast. There was no down time during the show - no lulls, so that was great also. Overall we were happy with the event.
