With tight harmonies, timeless ballads, and 60 million records sold, Boyz II Men has remained one of the most iconic and successful R&B groups of all time. For the group’s 20th anniversary, Boyz II Men thrilled fans with their tenth studio album aptly titled Twenty. Teaming up again with veteran producer Babyface, the album contains 13 new tracks along with nine remastered classics. Twenty was released in October 2011 to critical acclaim and debuted in the top five of the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The trio of crooners has remained a compelling concert attraction too, with new and true fans snapping up tickets for a night of nostalgic bliss, funky dance routines, and incomparable talent during their 2013-14 residency at The Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas.
Boyz II Men found success in the early '90s (back then they were a quartet) with their debut album Cooleyhighharmony and the hip hop doo-wop hit “Motownphilly". They quickly followed up with “End of the Road” before releasing their sophomore album II. The album spawned the smash hits “On Bended Knee” and “I’ll Make Love to You”, the latter setting a record for the most weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (14 weeks) only to be surpassed at 16 weeks with “One Sweet Day”, their collaboration with Mariah Carey. Boyz II Men have continued to tour extensively, including 2013's The Package Tour with fellow "boy bands" New Kids on the Block and 98 Degrees.
Best nostalgic concert we’ve been to. Super entertaining!
The venue is great it was hot/stuffy than it’s cool Off than was hot again. Robin thick sings great boys 2 men entertaining for sure over not bad. An experience memories but little boring at times
Boys to Men put on excellent and very entertaining show. Fan for life!!!
This experience was Great. I love both Artists and it was amazing to see them both. Made a Great date with my hubby.
The first concert I have ever attended was Boyz II Men, nearly 25 years ago. This group is so gifted and put on such an energetic and moving show, after more than 30 years since their first album release. They displayed their vocal prowess and extreme comfort onstage, paid homage to artists they admire, and engaged with the crowd on a fun and personable level. I'm grateful to have attended their show and to have experienced their artistry in my lifetime.
They should have more bathroom stalls in the Venue Thunder Valley
Their talent is unmatched!!! Took me back in time and gave me all the feels as they sang their songs and covered others flawlessly!
Boyz II Men and Robin Thicke were great! I didn’t like the PECHANGA seating. Conference style seating Too many seats/ people, not enough air circulation inside venue.
Really enjoyed the performances, BOTH Opening groups G-5 and Stokley leading up to BOYZ 2 Men. The performers interacted with the audience and gave good performances. The Music brought back lots of Good and Fond Memories and times of Ole when the groups were in their infancy and beginnings. My ONLY (and PRIMARY) disappointment is when they (performers) ask the audience to "get on your feet". As motivating and fun as that is, it DOES TAKE AWAY the "FAN EXPERIENCE"from and of those who ARE NOT and CANNOT STAND and whose VIEW IS BLOCKED by those STANDING. They ALSO PAID to "SEE"the PERFORMERS and NOT the "BUTTS & BACKS"of the persons in the Rows in FRONT of them.. Since there appears to be LIMITED DISABLED SEATING in the Upper Rows/Balconies, I myself, and witnessed in the row in front of me, an older patron who missed about 2 songs of almost each PERFORMERS show because of this action. I feel this needs to be addressed NOT ONLY by the VENUE, but the PERFORMERS. Especially since it appears BOTH parties want a POSITIVE OUTCOME and EXPERIENCE while one has made the expen$e and journey to experience the acts you are offering. Thank You
This was my first time seeing them in concert. The show was phenomenal. They are excellent performers after all this time. Stokley and High Five were also exceptional. Great show overall!
