Great time with "The Beatles"

For our Mom's birthday, we decided to do dinner at the Trop and then see Yesterday. There is general seating for the show, basically, you pick where you want to sit, save for a few "reserved" seats in the front row. The theatre is small, maybe 75 seats or so (if that), so you always feel really close to the performers.
While you are waiting for the show to start, there are television screens that show older Ed Sullivan show performances from other groups. Yesterday starts with the band performing some of the hits from the Ed Sullivan Show, there is a small break, and then they come back to perform the songs from Shea Stadium. After the show, you have the opportunity to meet the band out in the lobby.
Although they don't entirely look like The Beatles, their costumes, personalities, mannerisms, and TALENT really make you feel like you were there. The guys are great, the songs are fun, and everyone is always singing along (which they encourage!), clapping and stomping their feet. There is alot of banter between songs between the guys themselves and the audience, so it's alot of fun.
We had a great time seeing Yesterday and recommend it for anyone who is a Beatles fan. I also recommend that all Beatles fans see the Love Cirque de Soleil show in Las Vegas - it is amazing and not like anything you will ever see.
