The box office is open on event days only. The box office opens for ticket sales at 1:00pm and for will call pick up approximately 1 hour prior to gates. The box office closes when the headliner takes the stage.

The Xfinity Center contains ample general parking for all ticket holders for no additional charge. If you want easier entry and exit, there are a number of premier lots available for purchase. All oversized vehicles (any vehicle over 18 feet) are required to purchase parking. No trailers, commercial trucks or commercial catering businesses are allowed in the parking lots. No overnight camping or parking is permitted.

Lawn chairs are not allowed. No tapes or laser pointers. No Weapons. No umbrellas or pop up tents. Xfinity Center allows food in provided it fits into a clear one gallon bag. One bag per person. Xfinity Center allows one factory sealed bottle of water per person. There is no smoking in the reserved seating areas of the Xfinity Center. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. To make entry as quick as possible, only CLEAR plastic vinyl tote bags measuring no bigger than 12in x 6in x 12in, and or small clutch bags measuring no bigger than 6in x 9in are allowed into the venue. The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. We do not allow any other type of bag. An exception can be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Most shows are all ages. Children age 3 and up require a ticket. Ear protection is also strongly encouraged for children.
