This is a classic - my first time seeing but all the dancers gave a great performance. I loved that they were always smiling.
What a wonderful performance and such excellent dancers! Most enjoyable evening and experience. View was good from any seat in the theater.
I took my wife to see Swan Lake at the Orpheum Theatre in NOLA, the venue is vintage and had decent views. My wife loved it. However, the seats were VERY uncomfortable. Absolutely no leg room whatsoever, my knees were dug into the seat in front of me. Seats= 1 star Performance= 5 stars
The dancing over exceeded my expectations. I was mesmerized from beginning to end!
This was a beautiful performance of a classic. World class dancers, gorgeous costumes & set decorations - Intricate choreography magnificently executed. It was a memorable evening.
Wonderful performance, very beautiful! Brought my Neice. The Orpheum theater was perfect for this ballet. Can’t wait to see it again!
Great experience. Beautiful performance! We enjoyed the ballet.
The show was amazing and we really enjoyed the story of swan lake. it was all really fun and interesting. The only complaint i have is that the seating was a bit tight and the bar only served alcohol and accompanying juices.
I had the pleasure of experiencing my first ballet performance recently, which was everything I had ever dreamed of. The costumes, the dancers, and the set decorations were all on point and created a breathtaking atmosphere. I am already looking forward to my next ballet performance and can't wait to relive the experience. The price range of my tickets was excellent, making it a great value for the quality of the performance.
The dancers were excellent. The stage was gorgeous. I loved every minute of it.
Took my youngest granddaughter to see Swan Lake. What a performance! We enjoyed the extraordinary talent and professionalism of the cast and the costumes were fantastic. Thorougly enjoyed the performance and was a great way to cap my birthday.
My daughter and I went to watch Swan Lake. It was a wonderful experience to watch. Loved it!
Swan Lake was absolutely breathtaking. The costumes were gorgeous, and the dancing was on point!
The show was great. The time the doors open should have been posted. It was a bit confusing with just a time posted.
I know Swan Lake is a very challenging ballet to perform especially for the females but everyone was superb except the male lead. He was very good but some of his spin/jump combos were not as crisp as the other dancers performances. It wouldn't have been apparent if everyone else hadn't been so talented. I enjoyed the performance immensely and will go see this troupe again if I can.
This was a birthday gift for my husband and we were not disappointed. Such Grace and beauty. I would highly recommend anyone who loves the ballet to see this when it comes to their city. From the music to all the twirls and jump, everything was in perfect sync. Such an exquisite performance by all.
Thoroughly enjoyed this production of Swan Lake. Costumes and settings were beautiful and the dancing amazing.
We had wonderful time! Balet was great, very professional dancers. Amazing music! But one thing I did not appeciate. That eating popcorn and drinking, walking during performance made huge mess. And it's totally disrespectful for performers.
Costumes and sets were gorgeous. Dancers were "on their toes"! The live orchestra completed and complemented the performance. Exceptional experience.
First time for my entire family to go to a Ballet show, so this was great. Parking could have been better though, at least better planned. The line was quite long. Took us a good 20-30 minutes in line to get to the parking for the event (Garage parking). I don't think that part was organized well, plus there wasn't much information or people helping with it. Also, the view in the auditorium wasn't the greatest. The people in front of us, and us, were blocked by somebody right in the front of our seats, that decided it was the night to have her hair up, blocking half of the show for us and the people in front of us. Nothing much we could do about that, as telling the person wasn't going to go well, so we just had to deal with it. I wish there were better "Rules"/Policies in place for this type of thing, just like "Can't use phone or take pictures during the show"kind of rules. It should be common sense, but unfortunately, some people have no common sense and unfortunately others suffer the consequences. Other than these two hiccups, everything else was great.
