Willie Nelson is one of the most successful country music singer-songwriters in history, releasing 68 studio albums and 10 live albums. He wrote his first song at the age of seven and joined his first band at ten, playing concerts as a lead singer and guitar player while still in high school. He spent the ‘50s and ‘60s writing songs for established acts such as Ray Price and Patsy Cline, as well as releasing a string of albums on Liberty and RCA beginning with his debut …And Then I Wrote in 1962. In 1973, he signed to Atlantic Records and put out Shotgun Willie, which veered into outlaw country, a stark contrast from the mainstream Nashville sound and clean-cut country artists of the era. 1975’s Red Headed Stranger and 1978’s Stardust followed on Columbia Records, both garnering commercial and critical success. The ‘80s saw the release of No. 1 albums Honeysuckle Rose, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, Always on My Mind, and The Promiseland, as well as Nelson joining Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Kris Kristofferson in the country supergroup The Highwaymen, touring and releasing three studio albums between 1985 and 1995. Nelson continues to release a new album almost every year and delight ticket buyers in live shows to this day.

Willy can still play and sing. A true legend! Worth every penny!
The mavericks were great and Willie was awesome. everything was an hour late, because of Extremely long lines to get into venue. I waited in line for an hour. Was likely due to the storms though. It was a great concert.
Looked forward to seeing Willie! So great to hear his voice! Loved it! Beautiful evening. Wonderful crowd.
The concert was due to begin at 7 o’clock, however we did not even enter the stadium until after 8 PM, standing in line over an hour and a half. The parking was ridiculous. After paying $20 for a closer spot. We were told we had to go stand at the end of a mile long line. When we finally made it near the gate, the venue workers had everyone circle around through muddied car lot just to move the line. I understand there was a storm earlier that afternoon however, this has got to happen more than once before. Everyone was unorganized and in trying to leave the venue, we were stuck in our car (in the $20 lot) for over an hour and 15 minutes trying to exit. I saw handicap people trying to limp along to get into the venue before and afterwards I hope they can do something to remedy the situation situation in the future
Willie doesn’t sing anymore. He talks a song. While I understand his age accounts for these changes, it was disappointing. However The Mavericks, who opened for Willie, were great. I could have listened to them another hour.
Willie is a legend. Poet, prolific songwriter, rebel, guitar player extraordinaire! Time spent in his presence is a spiritual experience I will always treasure.
Willie was wonderful as always. Been going to Willie concerts for 45 years. He's the best!
Still my favorite. Hope that he keeps going! God bless him.
I met Willie Nelson in 1978 & have been to over 200 of his concerts since then. I stood in the Pit for his entire concert. I’m thankful that @ age 91, Willie is still able to play on stage!!
We weren’t even sure we’d be able to go to the concert because of thunderstorms throughout the day but it cleared just in time. It’s amazing that Willie is still doing these concerts because he’s 91 years old and it was evident that he’s struggling a little. But we expected that. He has compensated for it by having another singer with him to take a little pressure off Willie to sing everything himself. Willie sang the hits we wanted to hear and got a good reception. We enjoyed his concert and I’m glad we went. Also, The Mavericks were another reason we went! We love this band and considered this worth twice the cost of the tickets.
The show was amazing! He sang about 4-5 songs then someone else would sing one for him or with him. He’s 91 and still strums the guitar like he was 21!! He did NOT disappoint!!!
The show was really good. The Mavericks were the opener, honestly I've never heard their music beforehand and they we're especially good. Willie Nelson was very good, along with musical guest(Family) all pretty amazing on their own. The venue was good, somewhat long line to enter, but we experienced storms and there was an hour delay. A few line cutters made the experience difficult, people and alcohol seemed to be a problem too. All in all enjoyable.
The concert was AMAZING. The venue parking situation was HORRIBLE.
Seeing Willie Nelson is one of the most fun things to do in life! Great show!
The evening could not have been a nicer evening and the people were great! Willie Nelson is an Icon and I was so honored to be able to see him perform! It was a night of enjoyable, memorable and heartfelt music. I only wish it could have lasted longer.........but my best wishes to him and his family that were able to make this a very memorable evening for everyone! Thank you Willie!
Short concert, about an hour, but he did all of his best songs and the crowd loved him. When he was done, he was done, tossed some memorabilia, and walked off. Good for him.
I was amazed at his energy at his age. His voice and guitar were spot on and classical Willie.
Great venue, excellent view of the stage. Willie is a musical genius with an amazing talent. I’ll never forget this concert!
Willie and his band were at their finest - peak Willie experience.
