Western & Southern Open Tickets

This is a great Tennis tournament. Well organized. Great opportunity to see great tennis players up close. I would highly recommend the experience.

Great Tennis! Great Food! Clean Environment. Bathrooms could be cleaned better though.

We enjoyed some excellent tennis and a variety of courts. We enjoyed watching the practice sessions. Some improvements that could be evaluated: Photographer could take photos with attendees' phones/cameras near the Cincy tennis sign when you arrive. City of Cincinnati could put a small booth near here and sponsor the photographer.

It rained for 2 hours when we first arrived. The tennis was worth the wait. Beautiful venue, wonderful weather and easy access to courts.

We showed up at 6:00 to be told that our tickets were only good by 5:00 although there was no notation of that fact on the ticket or with the accompanying documents. The weather was rain off and on, but when we plead our case to the ticket office, we were given no option regarding our tickets. Won’t be inclined to go again.

Wow! That is all I can say. I had an amazing time during my 6 sessions and it is only Tuesday! The weather was beautiful, the food and drinks delicious, every staff member that I encountered was friendly and welcoming and the tennis, OMG! You can't be in a more intimate setting. It was all wonderful! I will be back next year!

My family and I have visited the Western & Southern Open twice now, during the first two days of qualifications, practices, and matches. We love seeing the pros up close! Really accessible event to those who LOVE tennis, and those who are being introduced to the sport. We bring our RV and always get great parking!

This is one of the top tennis venues in the country. Any true tennis fan should attend this event at this VERY friendly tennis facility. Most of the world top players participate.

Well organized, clean, just a good time! I liked the Porsche Sidelines ticket. I would prefer to not have to go to Will Call to get my parking sticker. Maybe have someone hand them out at the entrance of the South Gate. Also, add umbrellas and mist fans in the seating area of the Porsche Sidelines suite.

This is the highlight of my year. I gave it 5 stars because I love it but there's still room for improvement. Food prices have gone up, which was disappointing but everybody has to make a living so I just try to ignore it. I was able to get better seats this year than I've ever had before. I don't know if that was because of COVID or not but I loved it. There needs to be more shaded rest areas. Sitting in the sun all day watching tennis is very tiring on a 69 year old. Give us more shade to recover in. The staff is amazing. I don't know where you find these people but for one week every year this is the happiest place on earth. Thanks for another wonderful experience.

Tournament was amazing. Easy entering the complex and traffic leaving was a breeze. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I give it two thumbs up.👍👍

It's a great venue overall. All seats are really good. A little awning or shade on Grandstand and three would make the experience better. We had trouble with the wifi from time to time and could not get updated scores on the other courts, even for hours. I realize it's the first year for an all digital model and kinks need to be worked out. I tried to buy tickets for next year and could not do so at this time which is a bummer.

Nice venue and matches. Should play more matches on court 10. Should bring back the murals.

Overall, a great tournament and venue. My one complaint is how far away we had to park, exacerbated by having to walk through excessive water and mud during rain. There should be more / better paved or gravel paths available for those who decide to walk (the shuttle lines were very long). My shoes, socks and feet were thoroughly soaked by the time I got to the gate in the morning and then again (after buying new, dry socks) when I left.

The event was spectacular, the seats were great, and the workers were pleasant. The line up of players was good
