Washington Capitals Tickets

The game was great even though they lost. It was exciting, the seats were perfect and the amenities at the venue were perfect. Everything was great. The ticketing process was easy fast and efficient.

Being a hockey fan, and Capitals fan on top of that, we had a great time watching the game in person.

Wow beautiful venue and great employees well done. Loved the game and which we could afford to come more often. This was the Only downside, very expensive, I have been there from the beginning 1974 when it was $20 dollars to get in and we hardly missed a game. Great military discounts back the as well. Thanks for the memories. Go CAPS.

It was my first and I loved it! The atmosphere, and the energy are unmatched. It was amazing!

I enjoyed everything about the game - it was easy getting to and into the arena, the store was run efficiently, my seat had a great view, the entertainment and music throughout kept the energy levels up, the atmosphere was friendly, and the Caps won!! Thanks for a fun Capsgiving game :)

Every employee encountered, regardless of function, could not have been nicer. It was such a pleasant experience, especially as a former season ticket holder who has something to compare to the wonderful attitudes of the employees I encountered. This arena staff could teach the Nat's stadium staff many things!

The Capitals are awesome, the seats, not so much. TV cameras blocked some of the view and were distracting unless you are standing up. Center ice is great, but obstructed view needs a lower price on tix.

The Ticketmaster experience was flawless. So easy entering the venue using tickets stored in Apple wallet. The seats were great. The hockey game was great. The people at the venue were great.

Me and my wife went thinking this would be a cool experience, not really expecting to meet any players (thought they would at least be moving around the concourse, which they weren't), but at the very least have access to exclusive 50th merchandise, and that couldn't have been further from the truth. When we arrived, we proceeded to walk around the bottom concourse, where there was nothing to do but take pictures with various staged scenes. There was one staff member who was off in a corner writing various "challenges"on the board that led to autographed items, which was cool, but you had to be the first to complete it. Other than that, the upper level was all kids items, and while Jack Daniel's and Devil's Backbone were doing samples (shot glass size), there wasn't much else to do. We interacted with a few staff members when asked questions (where the $4 hotdogs and $5 soda's were located) were either rude or didn't want to be bothered. And my wife ended up waiting 45 min. for Miners Taco's. So I just hope they get it together for the season; or it will be a long one.

Hockey in person is awesome. Capitals aren't as good as they used to be, but still fun to go. Traffic is brutal if you drive, and parking is very expensive. But same holds for other spots, sadly. NHL is best fun for the money. Food and drink is very expensive. Would try to limit that or you'll be out hundreds.

Food was terrible seating is terrible in the balcony! One positive is the employees were all so nice and welcoming! The rest 👎🏻👎🏻

What a horrible excuse for an ice hockey team. Ovie could not have been more invisible. Lindgren is Swiss cheese reincarnate. Wilson is a thug whose ego apparently couldn’t handle a chirp from Adam Fox. Happy golfing!

The stadium is so electric with the staff being some of the most over the top people at the game! They were hyping up the crowd, dancing, and cheering right along side everyone! The cinematics were all top notch. Plus, every where you go there’s a bunch of drink selections available. If one runs out, then just walk another 50 feet.

Great sound system, although it gets a bit loud at times. Great lighting. The seats are too small and close to each other, and you can’t hardly move. No privacy at the urinals in the men’s bathroom. The food sucks and is salty. Very expensive food and drinks. Parking is suck. Go early for street parking or pay $30 for garage. I usually eat at Jaleo before the game so I don’t buy that overpriced junk in the arena. I hope Ted makes good use of the money given to him from the mayor. Games can be fun.

Enjoyed the experience very much. Even though the Capitals lost, attending instead of watching on TV was awesome! The event staff was great, the seats & sight lines were good, overall, going and being part of the event was one of the best sporting events I’ve ever been to. If I could, I would change two things, both having to do with $$$. First, Everything is too expensive for the average fan to reasonably do it more than once or twice a season. From the ticket price to the parking to the food, you don’t get a break. I know it’s like this in every type event however there should be a cheaper option. Secondly, you are not allowed to bring anything in. A water bottle that I could fill like at an airport, or my own bag of popcorn, let alone a purse or see through bag to carry/put my coat in would have been nice. So, in closing, I’ll do it again, maybe next season. I/we had a blast, but my wallet, not so much. GO CAPS!

This was my first live hockey game and while I wasn’t rooting for the capitals I had an amazing time at the game. Lines weren’t too long due to speedy service and the experience they gave during down time was so fun and interactive!

For my boyfriend's 55th birthday, I got us tickets to this game. We both had never experienced a live hockey game before and it was awesome! The food, the game, the crowd, everything was top notch. The icing on the cake was that we won after overtime and a shoot out! It was a great first experience and I look forward to many more.

Wish i could afford better seats, but great time and the energy was awesome !
