Vancouver Whitecaps FC Tickets

I attended two games. For the first game I paid $25 per ticket and for the second game I paid $400 per ticket. The second game cost no more than $25 per ticket.

The game announced was totally different of what was in the advertising and despite Messi did not play in the game the discounts of the meals, beer and sodas were not covering the high cost that was paid for each ticket to entrence to this show. A clause in a contract should be put in place for every time a famous player is promoting to play in Vancouver otherwise will keep disappointing all fans, adults and kids that were expecting to see their favorite players in the field. This is so outrageous and don’t makes me feel comfortable to buy or trust in next whitecaps games.

Next time you advertise a game that Messi will play in and he doesn’t show up, just have decency and return the money for the overpriced tickets.

Beautiful stadium, but an overpriced experience. Vancouver, MLS, and TicketMaster should cap the prices for matches so they are reasonable..regardless of the big names expected to play. The attempt to offer 50% off concessions and a free kids meal was impossible to redeem. Lines were incredibly long the entire match. I'd love to come back during a regularly priced match some day, but not anytime soon.

I attended the Messi-less game vs. Miami FC - the price gouging was obscene, and none of the three stars showed up despite them being on all the Whitecaps FC marketing for months. It's kind of like buying tickets to a Taylor Swift show, only to have another performer sub in at the last minute as the headliner. Needless to say, the experience was in no way equal to the cost that was paid, and it was a disappointing day after months of eager anticipation. It's not a great look for the Whitecaps FC or the MLS, and I won't be supporting either going forward since this is clearly how they choose to treat their fans.

MLS, TheWhiteCaps and TicketMaster charged fans minimum over 10x the in season seat rate to watch the opposition field their B team. No partial refunds were offered. Food discounts led to fans standing in 30 minute long lines missing most of the first half. The make up game free ticket offered is only good if you are a local fan. Otherwise fans who paid to fly to the game, paid $300 /seat, paid hotel 50% mark up room rates are just out a lot of$$$. But no worries we will never be back and thanks to T.Swift Ticket Master and Livevent will be dismantled first in U.S. and then Canada. Good bye greedy monopoly.

There is no Guarentee that Messi or any player will play absolutely, he could at least make the trip, stand on the sidelines and wave for $300 a seat nosebleed

This was my son’s only chance to see Messi when Miami came… you undeniably had info prior that Messi more than likely would not be coming but yet marketed hardcore that he would be there and made all the hype screwing people out of thousands of dollars! A kids meal and a free whitecaps ticket for another game won’t make up for this !

We paid extra money to see Messi, Busquets and Saurez but none of the 3 showed up!!! And on top of that, we lost 2-1! Unbelievable
