The Irish are coming! The Irish are coming! Northern Irish dance-punk trio Two Door Cinema Club have stormed the urban scene with their fresh indie new-wave sound. Think of them as your ticket to catchy dance music without the guilt.
If you've been to any cool-kid parties with plenty of PBR or watched a Microsoft Outlook commercial you've heard Two Door Cinema Club. The debut single "Something Good Can Work" was originally released in 2009 on a trend-setting compilation from fashion house/record label Maison Kitsunè. If you can't remember it catch it on Youtube (it has nearly 15 million views).
Following in the footsteps of French dance-pop phenomena Phoenix and '80s icon Duran Duran, Two Door Cinema Club recorded their debut 2010 album Tourist History at Eastcote Studios in London. Mixed by Phillip Zdar, his vision was to punch up the beat with rich bass and foot-stomping rhythm. While on tour with Alt-J, Chvrches, Peace and St Lucia, stopping a venues like Fillmore (Philadelphia), their live sets turned into impromptu dance parties, not even the most passive fans couldn't resist the groove.
Their sophomore album Beacon, produced by Jacknife Lee was released in September 2012 and reached No. 17 on the U.S. Billboard 200 with singles" Sleep Alone" and "Sun." Well thought hooks, good beats, and fearless when it comes to having fun, Two Door Cinema Club is going to have many honorary members wanting to join in.

Two Door Cinema Club is one of my favorite bands. This was my third time seeing them in concert, but this was by far the best concert I have ever attended. I think what made it so special was the fact that I was able to get a spot at the very front of the crowd. Being so up close made this concert so special and unforgettable. I loved their visuals, setlist, and the energy they brought to the stage. I'll always try to get tickets whenever TDCC is playing locally.
These guys put on a great show. Kudos to the sound engineers and the band for and incredible performance.
I gotta say, this venue, compared to all thats around… i love it !! Easy entrance and convenient parking. $40 should be an all the time thing.
you must go see them! Their music transcends genres and has passed the test of time.
Two door as always was another awesome performance, sang every song I love & sounded perfect. Made my week & are my fav indie band!!!
It was a great show, great opening as well. Was really awesome seeing them play live.
I decided to see Two Door Cinema Club for my 28th birthday & I had a blast!!!! It was my first time seeing them (finally, after so many missed opportunities) & I loved my fave from Tourist History (I Can Talk) but I wish we got more tracks from Beacon & False Alarm 🥺 The crowd could have been more hyped, (especially for the opener, Petey) but we had a beautiful moment during the World is Watching, which I'm sure the guys appreciated. the Youtube Theater was very clean & polished, staff & ticket scanning was organized, overall, I'm highly satisfied! (Plus, I got drumstick + setlist & Kevin kept making eye contact & smiled at me while I was crying to Something Good can Work as if to say, "everything is gonna be okay"🥹) The visuals were gorgeous & the concert was such a fun, positive vibe!!!!!
They were 10x better in person, the energy in the theatre was among anything I’ve ever experienced and their stage performance was incredible with constantly changing from song to song with such an ease and keeping everyone dancing and singing.
Amazing live performers! Such a fun concert to be at.
good band in a perfect gig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been a long time fan of this band and for whatever reason, I’ve just never been to one of their shows. My expectations were set pretty high going in based on reviews and I’ve read online and friend testimonials, and I was still completely blown away. I will never squander an opportunity to see these guys live ever again, and I pray that they continue to tour for as long as we’re all alive lol loved every second of it. 10/10 show 🤘
Had a blast! My friend and I really enjoyed. Perfect night! Hope they return soon!
Amazing! What an awesome band! Songs were so upbeat and fun, crowd was cheerful, band performed amazing, sound was phenomenal. An incredible experience!
The energy at my Toronto show for Two Door Cinema Club was absolutely incredible. Both the opener and TDCC put on a perfect high energy show. 10/10 would go again!!
Great experience! Two Door absolutely killed the show that evening. The opener, Flipturn, did a great job as well. Their music style was very similar so it was a great way to get the night started, so great choice in an opener. Leader Bank Pavilion is a great venue, very well kept and clean, staff were accommodating and polite, and I liked how for each area of the venue they ensured that you were supposed to be in your designated purchased section. Helps with overall flow and makes sure overcrowding doesn't become an issue. Genuinely a great venue overall! Only suggestion to those going to see a show here at the pavilion is go to one of seaports many, many, MANY other bars / restaurants beforehand for food and beverages. As every other venue, their drink and food prices are astronomically high. Totally understand that that's the main revenue maker, but again for those of you looking to save a few bucks is to grab a few beers at Harpoon or Cisco beforehand, or visit a restaurant for some apps and cocktails beforehand. Cheers, and enjoy the show!
Both flip turn and two door cinema club put on a great show. There was a pole in front of my seat obstructing my view. The drinks were very expensive too.
Love seeing Two Door Cinema Club live. They always put on an amazing, and fast paced show. If you don’t leave their show feeling exhausted you didn’t do it right. So much fun.
Been waiting to see them live for years and finally was able too. Was so awesome!
Both flip turn and TDCC put on a great show, but on the Ticketmaster website it said that Flipturn started at 8 and TDCC started at 915 but there was a 30 minute intermission between them, meaning that flip turn only played for 45 minutes, I came to this concert mainly for them and expecting over and hour and getting 45 minutes was disappointing. I would like if they better communicated that. Other than that the show was amazing they were both extremely energetic and engaging.
