TREY ANASTASIO IN CONCERT:

Trey Anastasio's music transcends the walls of traditional rock -- whether he's leading the band Phish with his unique vocals or composing original licks on his Martin guitar, Anastasio proves his virtuosity as an extremely well-rounded musician. Although he's played alongside a diverse group of acts ranging from Dave Matthews to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Anastasio always returns to his roots as a guitarist and composer, captivating audiences with his grand use of arpeggios and improvisation at his live shows. Hitting the road with a number of different bands, Anastasio will treat fans to hit-filled sets on his highly anticipated summer tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Born in Texas, Trey Anastasio got his start in college as the frontman of legendary jam band Phish, performing at local house parties for fellow classmates. The band rose to fame in the late '80s with their cult debut Phish (The White Tape), and eleven more albums followed over the course of their three-decade career. During the band's run, Anastasio released ten solo records, including an orchestral album and a collaboration between Primus' Les Claypool (bass) and Police's Stewart Copeland (drums) called Oysterhead. Not only has he had an expansive collection of hits, but he's also dabbled in chamber music and scoring for theater, composing a number of orchestral pieces and penning music for the Broadway musical Hands on a Hardbody. Anastasio has a packed summer tour ahead, and he's sure to delight fans as he performs with the Trey Anastasio Band, Phish, and the LA Philharmonic.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Great show - Trey and the whole band played beautifully."

Akron Civic Theater was a great place see TAB. The venue is visually impressive and offer excellent sound in a relatively small space. Trey and his surrounding bad were amazing with the horns adding a tasty flavor to the overall experience.

  • We Love Trey

by Billy on 5/2/25Rating: 5 out of 5

My son and I are big fans of Phish. When we heard trey was going to be performing in Charleston we had to go. He played the Galliard Center which was a nice venue for his solo work. While it may not be the full band, he puts on a really great performance. Go see him if you can.

  • Trey Rock!

by Heath on 4/30/25Rating: 5 out of 5

My wife and I went to the Trey Anastasio show at the Warner Theatre on April 4th. He rocked! Seeing him live brought back so many memories from when I was younger and really into Phish. It was a magical night out for my wife and I. If you are like me and enjoy going down memory lane, this guys music brings you right back!

  • Incredible!

by Dashawn on 4/30/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Trey Anastasio is a special talent. He played so many oldies but goodies! We saw him perform at The Warner Theatre the first week of April. I have seen him a couple times before and he has never disappointed. He played "Chalkdust Torture"and my night was made. Already cant wait until the next time he comes to DC so I can see him again.

  • Pure magic

by Andy R PDS 81 on 4/10/25Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre at the Count Basie Center - Red BankRating: 5 out of 5

Trey put on a show for rhe ages. The love and energy in every word and note was palpable. I could spend eternity in a Trey tour loop and never want to leave. I play the show on the Phish app while taking a road trip and it makes driving the pleasure of all pleasures. Cannot wait for the next tour to begin! Plan to go on the road and hit every show. Thank you Trey and the entire Phish ecosystem for spreading the love and making the world a better place.

So fun and intimate. It was like he was in your living room. And what a fun twist on Phish songs. Loved the audience participation. Could have sat there for hours longer.

  • Such a special night and a fantastic venue!

by Delilah Jones on 4/7/25Warner Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen Trey with Phish, TAB, the National Symphony, and this was my 2nd acoustic experience. I have to say that this show was such a great experience! I love story time Trey. I even brought my kids to experience this since it was more like a theatre experience than a concert. They LOVED it too! Trey is such a talented musician and seems so down to earth spite being a complete rock star.
