  • Great but I have a few suggestions…

by Misslulubelle on 6/23/23Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 4 out of 5

The Mahalia Theater needs to add a handrail guard in the top balconies for safety in the aisle to go up and down on both sides. I also noticed a few areas that OSHA would agree needed track lighting for safety. Other than that Tori was amazing! I wish I would have heard a few more older hits, but she’s an amazing songwriter and singer! Beautiful!!!

  • Amazing show

by Mells on 6/23/23Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

Tori puts on an amazing, emotional show. She's definitely one of a kind!! Seeing her live is an experience you won't forget. I did find the Mahalia Jackson staff was quite aggressive in policing phones. I had my phone out for about 30 seconds and an usher hit me in the shoulder (??) and yelled at me "You can't do that! turn it off turn it off!" Yeah, I get it no recording allowed but most venues at least ask nicely and don't go around hitting people - if they enforce that at all.

  • Never disappoints!

by Hillary on 6/23/23Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

Tori Amos never disappoints. It has been many years since I last saw her perform and she is still amazing. The venue was great too. Easy in and out and it was a smaller intimate theater with great sound acoustics.

  • There is nothing like Tori Amos

This divine goddess hiding in a little redhead always brings the magic. Rocking hard & breaking stigmas since the beginning. Definitely go when your ready

One of the best experiences of my life! She really knows how to perform. Sounded even better in person. Light show was dazzling.

  • Otherworldly Experience

by Beautiful Bruja on 6/23/23Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts - New OrleansRating: 5 out of 5

I've been watching Tori live for about 30 years and SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE CLASSIC! Sounds just as good as day one, still puts on an amazing show, has so much work to draw from, and the OG trio is priceless!

  • Best set list ever

This lady always gives 1000%. My muse for 20+ years. Each night is is a totally different setlist! See as many shows as you can; you'll be treated with classics and rarities each night!

  • Amazing Performer - MGM National Harbor is Not Worthy

    by M. D. on 9/23/22Rating: 5 out of 5

What a dump! This MGM venue is horrible. I got to sit in a fold out chair on a plywood floor covered with liquor and barf stains. How wonderful. Tori was amazing! Sound was pretty good and it was easy to enter and leave the venue. I have seen her over a dozen times and even this place would not keep me away. Hopefully next tour she stops somewhere much nicer.

  • Rock 'N Roll!!

by JT on 6/24/22Orpheum Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

The venue is absolutely gorgeous, but due to the age the seats are very cramped. The sound and lighting was top notch. The opening band Companion were very sweet and very entertaining. The two sister's vocal harmonies are wonderful. Tori and her band were fantastic and they played a varied setlist. If you are expecting to hear many songs off of the first 4 albums, not this tour.

  • Amazing

by Carrie on 6/22/22Balboa Theatre - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first time seeing Tori live. She was so ON. Amazing energy. The setlist was perfect, with a tone fitting for the March for Our Lives protests earlier that day. I was in the 2nd row & I cried at Pretty Good Year. On top of giving such a great performance, she also exuded ceaseless gratitude for her fans.

  • Tori Broke My 90's Heart

    by Music4theSoul on 6/20/22Orpheum Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 3 out of 5

The Orpheum Theater is beautiful with impeccable lighting and sound. Tori is beyond talented but I was quite disappointed with this concert. She just didn't do enough of her old stuff and she broke my heart when she didn't do Silent All These Years.

  • Amazing show, great acoustics, beautiful theater

    by Redbaron057 on 6/20/22Orpheum Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Not a bad seat in the house, small venue with friendly staff and beautiful architecture. Tori put on an amazing performance and also a shoutout to her newer touring drummer Ash Soan, he was amazing! He fits Tori’s music perfectly and is an amazing percussionist!

  • Best Show Ever

    by Brian2554 on 6/20/22Orpheum Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I have been to several shows over the years…but to date, this by far was the best. The energy Tori brought to her performance was sublime! Wow!

  • Only seen Tori 2 times She is a musical genius.

by DanO on 6/20/22Orpheum Theater - MadisonRating: 5 out of 5

I saw Tori in'98 choirgirl tour .Took my wife. She was not much of a Tori Amos fan until she saw her live. Along with me she couldn't wait. To see her again. Finally got to this year for the Ocean to Ocean tour. Tori didn't disappoint. Spanning her long luxurious career playing her rarities "sugar" and "cooling " to her classic favorites like " cornflake girl" and "little Amsterdam " she is a true Goddess

  • Seeing Tori live is like church, and it changes you.

by Rebecca Ayre on 6/20/22Orpheum Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

I will smile every time I think of this experience for the rest of my life. Tears flowed and I was moved, but then - that's a Tori show. There's nothing like seeing Tori Amos live and if you can - I can't recommend it enough. She's incredible.

  • Amazing Performance!!

by JC on 6/20/22Orpheum Theatre - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

First of all, the Orpheum Theater gets priority on places to choose to see a concert for the reason of both convenience getting there, ability to see the stage clearly from anywhere in the theatre, and the ability to park next door for $15!!!!! I think there should be a law against venues like SoFi charging $80 and up to park. It's criminal what other venues charge to park but I didn't experience that at the Orpheum! Tori and her band are the best of the best and I went to the concert knowing almost none of her songs!! I happen to be a big fan of her drummer, Ash Soon, and when I found out he was on her tour, I made an effort to catch him live. He is one of the best studio drummers around today and it should be on every drummer's list to catch him live especially since he doesn't get to the U.S. very often. Tori left such a great impression on me as a brilliant songwriter, singer, and performer. Her following is very devoted to her and it shows by their enthusiasm. I had a terrific time and I recommend everything about the artist and venue for this review. One quick thing: I don't drink so I don't know what the prices of alcohol or concessions were but they usually cost a lot no matter where you are. Kudos Tori to you and your band!!!
