Tori was amazing and the event location perfect ! It was a late start but her performance was truly incredible and she is super talented!
Tori Amos remains one of, if not the, best performer I have seen live. She verbalizes her appreciation for her audience and appears to give her all with every performance. Tori Amos continues to accept requests and when able fits them into her already planned set list. Her talent, both as a musician and as a song writer, as well as her ability to successfully, and beautifully, play multiple keyboards simultaneously won my husband over two decades ago and never misses a chance to accompany me to one of her concerts.
My wife loves Tori… not really my style of music - I mean I’ll listen to all kinds of music, but not really my palette. What a talented woman. Got my wife tickets years ago and had I known how good she is… I would have went instead of my sister. I was ignorant and discarded her as “not my kind of music”… great performance, very talented, and I enjoyed every moment of it… not to mention I was there with the most beautiful woman in the world, my wife. Thanks so much! I learned a valuable lesson… explore every avenue, look at both sides of the coin, give things a chance.
Tori is putting on an awesome show this year. If you get the chance to see it, savor every moment.
It was a really nice venue. Met really nice people.
I have seen Tori live consistently since 1996 and this was the first show I felt was lackluster. The set list, though she included region appropriate songs (Please Come to Boston and a song whose chorus included “harbor lights”, and the venue was situated on Boston Harbor), I was hoping for a well-round anthology of a set list. Tori, always enchanting and magical, just didn’t hit the right tunes for this long time fan.
Less energy, she doesn’t sign my prefered song ans the tickets have high price.
The venue was perfect. Intimate setting, great staff. Tori was a magical as always. Amazing show!
Always amazing show! If you’ve never seen Tori Amos live, you’re missing out.
Tori was Amazing. There were fireworks going off while she played on the harbor. My only complaint was her set list was not long enough. But I would complain about that even if she played a double set so really no complaints. Glad to see her with her band!!
Great show. Love the online merch pickup. Why doesn’t every show have this?
Tori and friends put on an amazing adventure on June 29, 2023. She was a true pro even with a recent injury. The acoustics at The Beacon were incredible. It was a great performance!
Tori Amos was magical- and The Beacon Theatre was the perfect venue to showcase her talents. Rich colors and sounds- very intimate!
Iconic to play like that with a broken fibula and torn ankle tendon. She’s a legend!
The musicianship was top notch but the setlist was disappointing. She only played 2 songs off her latest album and most of the songs were mellow and slow. The last 3 songs were the only good ones that made the audience stand up. It was my first time seeing Tori live so felt disappointed. Die hard fans would only enjoy this show.
Tori is THE BEST. I have been seeing Tori live for 30 years & Never a bad show. I went to both nights & both will always be memorable.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but Tori just blew me away. She was great. We sat in the balcony. Sound quality was poor. When she spoke it was almost impossible to understand what she said. Orchestra did not seem to have any problems. Vocals when she was singing was muddeled too. Her performance was amazing.
This is the second time I see Tori Amos performing. I wanted to give her a 2nd chance because the first time was in Toronto and I found the concert very boring. I thought NY would be better but no... I wanted to hear the Tori from the 90´s, being more alternative and not only playing piano. I understand she has changed and so her music style, but still she could add more things to her show like some screens, lights, more visuals...be a little crazy as she was. She´s nice, she has a good voice but I wouldn't see her again.
I had a great time the venue was perfect great seating all around, good sound, and lighting. The concession stands were fast and plenty around. Cool merchandise Great staff, helpful and patient!
