We purchased the VIP meet and greet package. Our seats were in the front row and we got to meet them after the show. My husband and I had a great time watching and meeting with Dem Boyz!
So bummed; traveled 6 hours to see the boys and the audio was all messed up. Could hardly make out a word!! It was loud but muffled.
The boys killed it that’s no doubt! Unfortunately the venue security’s were too strict flashing their bright lights at ANYONE and EVERY INDIVIDUAL PERSON who had their phones out recording or even simply texting a family or friend back. They threatened to kick so many people out that it made the show less enjoyable. And the VIP merch package(no meet and great included) was a HUGE let down. The only merch I was gifted was a poster! That was the biggest let down ever…
Epic best show ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i love my boys and they delivered :) #nakedgrandma
I love these guys and their show, but this was just hard to sit through. Not funny or engaging at all. We left after 40 minutes. Sad to say it- but don’t waste your money
They oversold the VIP meet & greet experience for sure. Easily 200 people and as a result you only got about 15-20 seconds with the guys before the photographer was yelling at you to pose. The guys were funny as always, and made my teenager feel cool even though he was the only kid there. We'll be going to the San Diego show without the VIP, and I feel like that will be more worth the $.
Maybe my expectations for this was too high, or maybe making a live podcast interesting is really difficult, but I was a little disappointed. I watch the show and listen to the podcast and its still the same 4 goofy funny guys, but this lacked any cohesion. Blake was too caught up in the soundboard to contribute and Kyle barely spoke at all. There was a good amount of Chicago pandering to win over the crowd. I was entertained and laughed a few times, but was really hoping for more out of this.
The boys did their thing and I've never laughed harder! WIZARDDDDSSSSSSS
We took a chance and decided to go to this event because we happened to be in Chicago. There wasn’t a lot of information about what it was exactly. It wasn’t worth the money in our opinion and we wished we went and saw a show instead. If you guys are workaholic fan D’s or a fan of their podcast, you will more than likely really enjoy the show. We hadn’t seen either. They walked out and people went crazy and we were thinking who are these people? Must be famous or something because we didn’t know them. We like crude humor so didn’t mind the conversation - some was funny. But a lot of it felt like inside jokes only fans would understand. So it’s 4 guys sitting on the stage doing a pod cast and at the end they all dressed like wizards for some reason and did a rap. They also talked over each other a lot and with the mics/sound, made it hard to understand what they were saying. Maybe that works for regular podcasts but not really successful for an event like this. This wasn’t entertaining for us, so I wouldn’t recommend for people who have no prior knowledge of their show or podcast.
I loved the show! The guys are hilarious and I laughed almost the entire time. Worth sitting up front for since they give away merch!
Was expecting a funny take on serious topics, but instead listened to a few friends have a living room conversation full of inside jokes not understood by the audience. Not even remotely funny.
We really enjoyed The Chicago Theatre. Great seats, views and access to refreshments. The live podcast was a bit disappointing. The Bud light advertisement/pushing/drinking was just weird. These are the last guys you would think would sell out, but alas they did. It was distracting to say the least. Everyone sitting near us in the audience was like really? They are going that hard for Bud light…ok. Anyway the other talking points we ok. Thought they would have more structure to the show. Blake was really the only funny part of the Podcast. Probably won’t go to another Podcast live. All in all it was quite boring.
This was such a good time. You can tell they wanted to show us all a great time. And they delivered. It was a fantastic night!
This show was so funny. They really lived up to their relatability with everyone in the crowd. So worth the money. If I wasn't laughing I was smiling ear to ear. Well worth it!
Everything about this was amazing. The guys were funny, entertaining. The venue was great, quick to get in and out. Would go again 100%, can’t wait till they come back!
This was the only comedy show that had me laughing the whole time. The casual conversation and the live podcast setting was so entertaining. I’m so happy I got to see them and hope they come around again soon!
Not what I expected. Disappointing. For what we paid and what we got.. yeah not worth it.
If you’ve ever seen Workaholics you already know this is going to be hilarious. I watched them stream this podcast live last month while they were at a comedy club. It was so dang funny! I was crying at points from laughing so hard! You won’t regret going! Maybe they’ll throw us some Buzz Ballz!!
