This was an event i had been considering for a couple years. The mix of people from Seattle/elsewhere and more local was really good.
Despite only having two main stages, there was good stuff to do in the smaller theaters on the day i went so one could plan out a unique day depending on their interests.
One complaint was that if a person went back and forth between the main stages, they may have had their bags checked half a dozen times in a day, due to the layout. This and in some places a lack of recycling stations.
I enjoyed the artists they brought very much. i hadnt heard of all of them, but was happy with every suggestion i got on who to check out. a blend of folksy and hype music, that meshed well with the atmosphere.
Also, if you find yourself at the festival, take a half hour to visit the beach, just outside of the booth/ stage area.
