I really enjoyed the show and Russ Anderson's performance. He was very personable with the audience. This was my 1st visit to the DPAC. I really liked the atmosphere & coziness of this venue. I do hope this show will return as I (personally) felt the show could go on forever!!! I was having such a good time at this show that time just flew by too quickly!!!
Excellent showmanship fantastic piano playing so much energy and a well staged concert like production. Next time the show comes to the DPAC I highly recommend going.
The show was terrific! The piano playing was truly outstanding! Loved the energy and behind the scenes stories! Played so many great songs but I missed “Sad Songs Say So Much” and “That’s Why They Call It The Blues”. Would go back to another show hoping the hear them next time. Was a terrific fun night!
The Rocketman show was incredible! Very entertaining and loved the Elton John greatest hits. Highly recommend!
As someone who had the opportunity to see Elton in 1976, I was somewhat hesitant to attend the Rocket Man show. The 1976 concert was one of the greatest shows I have ever seen, and certainly nothing could match the sheer excitement I felt back in the day. And indeed the Rocket Man show was different. Smaller. Less of a crowd. Not as much palpable excitement and anticipation at the beginning. But as the show went on a strange thing happened. As the band and the crowd got comfortable with one another, as the memories and the current experience seemed to become more congruent, the feeling changed. I wasn’t really back in 1976, but I got the feeling that the Rocket Man was doing everything in his power to take me there as he possibly could. And after a while I was there, in a way, and the experience was awesome. In other words the show was amazing and I highly recommend it. The Rocket Man is an extraordinarily talented musician and has a wonderful sense of humor. My son, who was not even a glimmer in 1976, had the opportunity to share at least a little bit of dad’s youth, and we were both blown away. Go see the Rocket Man! You will not be disappointed.
A very good impersonation of EJ, specially for those of us, who never got the chance to see EJ live performing. Give it a try. You will not be disappoint it.

The Rocket Man show is fantastic but how can you go wrong with the music of Elton John. It’s the performer who differentiates the show with all the flair, flashy costumes exceptional piano playing that you associate with Elton. The lead guitar is great also. Just great music and entertainment!

Show was entertaining. Thought it was a bit over-priced for the venue. The show was in Jackpot, NV and the stage is just too small.

Fantastic, energetic just plain fun and well worth the tix price. Do recommend trying to sit on side where you can see the piano being played.
Enjoyed the show! Very entertaining! Actually took my grand children who at very announcement of going said who’s Elton John lol! They had a great time watching Russ do a tribute to Elton John snd loved his shoes!

The Grand at the Golden Nugget is terrible. Room smelled moldy and musty, seats were chairs placed too close together. Audience heckled the performers and security did nothing to stop them. See this performance in a more reputable venue
