It was enjoyable for the family if the rink could be bigger or added to would be better

Super cute! The ice was not really skateable, I don’t think they smooth it between sessions. Food & drinks were expensive. A few of the heaters were broke but there was still fire pits and other heaters. Accessible bathrooms and there were skating buddies. The skates were included in the tickets but there was no shoe storage u kinda have to put shoes under a seat and watch them. Also the rink was tiny so prepare to be crowded

Purchased tickets over 2 weeks in advance due to possible same day limitations on number of participants. Initially it was fun, however after 30 minutes the skating rink was much too small to accommodate all guests and it became a sloppy mess. Skates are dull (presumably for safety purposes) and were wet inside. We did enjoy the hot cocoa and naughty hot cocoa food truck but ended up leaving after 1 hour. Music, lighting, and fire pits were a nice touch!! My suggestion would be to build a larger rink next year (full size) to accommodate the appropriate number of guests.

The price for the 2 hours is OK, not too much not cheap but considering the skates are included so it is fair. However, as usual, all the items inside are ridiculously expensive! and the ring itself is waaay to tight for the amount of people allowed; it can be bigger without compromising on common areas.

I really enjoyed myself and the people at The Rink. Lol, no complaints. It was fun!

My family of 4, with two boys 6 and 8, had an amazing time! Everything was very well organized! The food was great and the area was nicely decorated. Reasonably priced. At times it was crowded on the ice, (you could still safely skate) but we went the week in between Christmas and New Years. Will definitely be going back again next year!

We had a great time for our first ice skating experience. Staff were friendly and directed the lines efficiently to get skates. Just a few of things that could have been better: there is absolutely no storage cubbies or lockers for your personal items. Shoes, bags, jackets are just placed wherever you find space and hope they are there when you get off the ice. The rink is very small for the amount of people they allow in for the time slots. Folks would get jammed up along the sides for taking pictures or talking to spectators, no staff to keep the flow of traffic. And definitely not enough of the skate helper devices. We still enjoyed our time there and will head back next season.

Very small rink and very crowded making it hard to skate. Our session wasn’t even sold out so I can’t imagine more people being there.

The entrance and skate distribution was well run. However, there were a lot of people on a small ice rink so there were frequent 'traffic jams', particularly around the many children (and not children) using the red plastic 'walkers' to keep their balance. Plus the additional Ticketmaster charges (adding 1/3 to the ticket price) are annoying.

The rink is super crowded. The skates are unbelievably uncomfortable. Glad I can say that I did it, but I won't do it again.
