About

Eight-piece rock 'n' roll collective The Revivalists - David Shaw [lead vocals, guitar], Zack Feinberg [guitar], Andrew Campanelli [drums], George Gekas [bass], Ed Williams [pedal steel guitar], Rob Ingraham [saxophone], Michael Girardot [keyboard, trumpet], and PJ Howard [drums, percussion] - have made the journey from hole-in-the-wall gigs to sold-out shows at hallowed venues, multiplatinum success, more than 800 million streams and major media praise. Their fifth album, Pour It Out Into The Night (Concord Records) is a life-affirming album about living in the moment, fueled by lessons in gratitude and life realizations. Renowned for their live prowess, soulful alt-rock anthems, distinct mix of many of the classic styles of American music, and outward generosity through their philanthropic Rev Causes initiative, The Revivalists broke through with 2015's Men Amongst Mountains, which featured the double-platinum smash single and Billboard Hot 100 hit "Wish I Knew You."

  • The Revivalists Show 8/9/24

by Harper on 8/12/24The Salt Shed Outdoors (Fairgrounds) - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was fantastic. Great set list and an enthusiastic crowd. The venue is really great, my first time to the Salt Shed, but I will definitely see more shows there. I loved being able to walk around the inside of the old building and do a bit of shopping. And find out the history of the venue.

The revivalists were the best concert I’ve seen in a long time! I was a big fan before, but now I’m a forever fan! They sounded better live & gave a bomb concert experience!!! Will be seeing them again!!

  • Venue Great, Band Even Better

by TimH on 8/12/24The Salt Shed Outdoors (Fairgrounds) - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

We had a great time and the show at the Salt Shed was fantastic and The Revivalists put on an excellent show as always. That venue has awesome views, and the Three Top roof bar is an awesome way to sit down a while before the show starts and get a drink and a bite to eat. We have seen the The Revivalists 5 times now and they never dissapoint!

  • Intimate venue

by Lee on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 4 out of 5

3rd time seeing the band live in 18 months, sound system wasn’t as good as the other venues, still enjoyed the show! Never sat during the performance!!

  • Eight Solid Musicians!

by elheffey on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

Lead Singer. Electric Guitar. Slide Guitar. Bass Guitar. Saxophone. Keyboards. Two drummers! Need I say more? These guys were absolutely incredible to watch and about as tight as a band can be. They played all of their go to songs and some other gems from deep into their collection and a bonus Radiohead song (High and Dry)! I saw these guys at the Mystic Theatre in Petaluma about five years ago and they rocked. They have only gotten better over the years. It was also my 9-year old twins first concert and they had a blast. Thank you to the Revivalists for a great show. The venue was also pretty good but extra loud due to the surrounding buildings which made the soundwaves bounce around.

  • BEST CONCERT EVER!!!!

by MICHELE on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

WE LOVE, LOVE THE REVIVALIST. WE ACTUALLY SAW THEM THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE. TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VENUES BUT AMAZING. THEY ARE AWESOME AND THE VENUES THEY PICK TO PLAY AT ARE SMALL AND BEAUTIFUL. WISH I COULD FOLLOW THEM EVERYWHERE. TICKETMASTER IS AN EASY PROCESS ONCE WE GOT IT. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN, HAVE ALL THEIR SONGS STILL PLAYING IN MY HEAD. WOW!! YOU GUYS ARE SOOOOOOOO GOOD. LOVE YOU!!! :):):)

  • Love The Revivalists!!!

by Sacto Fans on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

We've seen them three times and would see them again, in a heartbeat. Seeing them at the Meritage was perfect. The resort was really nice and clean plus the walk to the venue only took minutes.

  • Blue Notes Summer Session At Meritage Resort & Spa

by Pete & Maureen on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 3 out of 5

We enjoyed this summer evening concert in Napa, CA at the Meritage Resort & Spa. First time ever seeing The Revivalists live in concert and we were blown away at how awesome they were. Outstanding performance, great music and energy, definitely would go see them again and recommend them to anyone. As far as the venue goes, I paid a pretty penny for the reserved seating in the Gold Section and was not very impressed. The folding seats were zip tied together, uncomfortable and absolutely no elbow room whatsoever. Once The Revivalist started jamming, everyone was on their feet dancing and jumping....I felt like I was in a Mosh Pit. I guess the promoters have to maximize their profits by cramming in as many seats as possible!

  • Great Show

by Mel on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

The Revivalists rocked that night! The Meritage Resort was a great venue to see them no matter where you were sitting/standing . Great sound! We had an amazing time.

  • Fantastic as always

The Blue Note Summer Sessions at Meritage Resort was a great venue, and the Revivalists were excellent as always.

  • Wow

by Toni on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

The Dawes/Revivalist concert at Meritage was one of the best EVER, and I go to ALOT of concerts. The venue was fantastic, easy parking, food choices and a mean margarita. The acoustics were great (I just saw the Stones in Orlando and the acoustics were horrible). The bands were incredible. LOVE< LOVE< LOVE the Revivalists. Great singer and fantastic musicians. We loved the venue so much we are bringing our guests there in a few weeks to see Postmodern Jukebox.

  • Exceeds Expectations

by ASP on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 5 out of 5

We went into this concert knowing little about the Revivalists. We came out with them as our new Favorite BAND. CHEERS!

  • Muted and flat

by Jake on 7/23/24Blue Note Summer Sessions - NapaRating: 4 out of 5

Compared to their BottleRock performance a few years ago, the performance was very flat. The sound at the venue was very muted but it was also the new songs. It's very vocal focused and the Revivalists used to be this great ensemble and jammed out. Not happy with the direction they've gone. Maybe they will make more money now but I won't be going to that venue or watching them again.

  • Down Home Secret Sauce!

  • Absolutely Awesome!

by Treasure on 7/21/24Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso RoblesRating: 5 out of 5

The Revivalists were fabulous. From start to finish they had so much energy. Such a great group. My husband could not believe how good they were. He was not familiar with most of their music and by the end of the show said they are now one of his favorites. We can’t say enough about their performance. Loved every minute. As well, the opening act, Dawes, was also great. Had not heard of them and they have now found some new followers. Great show!!

  • Revivalists were amazing.....so good

  • Fantastic Show!

by Airstreamcat on 7/20/24Vina Robles Amphitheatre - Paso RoblesRating: 5 out of 5

The band was tight, lighting and sound was good. Songs didn’t sound all the same. Captivating until the end.
