About

Eight-piece rock 'n' roll collective The Revivalists - David Shaw [lead vocals, guitar], Zack Feinberg [guitar], Andrew Campanelli [drums], George Gekas [bass], Ed Williams [pedal steel guitar], Rob Ingraham [saxophone], Michael Girardot [keyboard, trumpet], and PJ Howard [drums, percussion] - have made the journey from hole-in-the-wall gigs to sold-out shows at hallowed venues, multiplatinum success, more than 800 million streams and major media praise. Their fifth album, Pour It Out Into The Night (Concord Records) is a life-affirming album about living in the moment, fueled by lessons in gratitude and life realizations. Renowned for their live prowess, soulful alt-rock anthems, distinct mix of many of the classic styles of American music, and outward generosity through their philanthropic Rev Causes initiative, The Revivalists broke through with 2015's Men Amongst Mountains, which featured the double-platinum smash single and Billboard Hot 100 hit "Wish I Knew You."

  • Unbeatable Experience

by MzRushton on 10/31/25Stubb's Waller Creek Amphitheater - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

This was my second time seeing The Revs, with the first time being at Red Rocks in 2023, but my first time at Stubbs. I made sure to get to the venue early so I could snag a good spot, ended up being on the fence and had a STELLAR time! David Shaw brings the energy every damn time, the band too! Such a freaking blast. I have been to so many shows this year but this was by far the best one, and will probably be the best until I see The Revs again. Much love to you all đŸ«¶đŸ»

  • Love the Revivalists!

by Jay on 10/31/25Stubb's Waller Creek Amphitheater - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

This was by far the best concert in the best venue (Stubb’s in Austin) we have ever been to!!! The band was truly amazing. The saxophone player must have been born with an extra lung 😂. Best I have ever seen. If you ever get the opportunity to see them live, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Cannot wait to see them again!!

  • Most underrated Rock Band today!

by 65 year old Revhead! on 10/30/25The Pageant - Saint LouisRating: 5 out of 5

I have seen them 16 times since March of 19. This was one of their strongest performances I've seen and that includes 4 shows at Red Rocks. This band brings it from the opening seconds all the way through the final encode. If you haven't seen them, it should be on the top of your concert list of bands to see. They tour every year, so plenty of chances to catch a great live band and show.

  • 1st time to The Sound

by Mary T on 10/27/25The Sound - Del MarRating: 5 out of 5

We really enjoyed our first visit to The Sound and, as we are a bit older, appreciate being able to purchase seated tickets. Very good sound system.

  • Great concert!

by Ruth on 10/27/25The Sound - Del MarRating: 5 out of 5

My sister and I had a real good time at the concert. Both The Main Squeeze and The Revivalists performed the best performances. Great music...all of it was great. I really look forward to seeing The Revivalists in San Diego next year! Bring The Main Squeeze back too!

  • Disappointed

by Pili on 10/27/25The Sound - Del MarRating: 3 out of 5

I was so surprised about the playlist. I never expected that they would play rap and other songs that didn't make sense. Only the slow sings were good

  • Better every tour

    by Chainleank2 on 10/27/25The Sound - Del MarRating: 5 out of 5

Growing into a super band, with production rivaling Coachella headliners.

  • 🎾 The Revivalists - A Night to Remember

by yshishka on 10/25/25Fox Theater - Oakland - OaklandRating: 5 out of 5

Being an Oakland resident for more than a decade, I can’t believe this was my first time stepping into the legendary Fox Theater. The wait, however, was worth every minute. We bought our tickets six months in advance, and the moment The Revivalists took the stage, it was clear that patience had paid off. From the very first note, the energy was electric. David Shaw and the band poured their hearts out, captivating the crowd with a mix of soulful vocals, vibrant instrumentals, and contagious energy. Each song felt like a story unfolding, from the intensity of “Monster” and “Fade Away”, to the emotional depth of the piano in “Men Amongst Mountains”. And when they closed with “Wish I Knew”, it truly was the cherry 🍒 on top of an unforgettable night. Days later, I’m still having vivid flashbacks of the music, the lights, and that incredible atmosphere. The artistry, stage presence, and connection with the audience were next-level. Thank you, The Revivalists, for an amazing performance and for filling the Fox Theater with pure magic. Can’t wait to see you again in the not-so-distant future. ⭐ Final verdict: The Revivalists - 10 out of 10. Absolute perfection. đŸŽ¶đŸ”„

  • Too loud for an intimate venue

by SR on 10/25/25Fox Theater - Oakland - OaklandRating: 3 out of 5

We were really looking forward to the concert at the historic Fox Theatre in Oakland. As much as I enjoy the Revivalists music, it was hard to enjoy the concert because it was so loud. The theatre is an intimate venue with great acoustics but the band played like they were in a big stadium or amphitheater. So loud we couldn’t understand the words. And the bass literally vibrated our seats it was so powerful. Very disappointing.

  • Brilliant performance at Red Rocks

by Cincy Kid on 10/10/25Rating: 5 out of 5

David and the crew hit a new high at Red Rocks last night. Couldn’t have been any more pleased they played the entire Men Amongst Mountains album on the 10th Anniversary of its release. Added to the set list a number of other big hits and closed the night with their incredible rendition of Joe Cocker’s A Little Help From My Friends. Played well over 2 hours and never tired. Will absolutely see them again as soon as is practicable.

  • Revivalists

Great, musical talent, and good show. Definitely will want to see the revivalists again.

  • Heaven

by Kate S on 10/9/25The Pageant - Saint LouisRating: 5 out of 5

All and more it was wonderful! I could of listened for 2 more hours!!! David was awesome as ever. I love his voice and the band was simply the best. My daughter that had never heard of The Revivalists was extremely impressed. She said with all the instruments it was like a musical art show for her. The energy level was awesome and she would go to see them again. Thank You David Shaw and Company

  • Revivalists

by Cburn on 10/9/25VooDoo at Harrah's Kansas City - Kansas CityRating: 5 out of 5

David Shaws vocals in person are better than a track. The whole band put on an incredible show, this was a bucket list band for me, so to see them at a smaller more intimate venue was perfect. Love The Revivalists, if you get a chance to see them live, GO!!

  • Wow!!!

by Myranda B on 10/8/25The Pageant - Saint LouisRating: 5 out of 5

I go to a lot of concerts and I think this may have been one of the best shows I have seen in my entire life. The Revivalists put on an incredible show! They are now on my MUST SEE list for every time they come to St. Louis regardless of the cost. Between the crowd surfing, walking on the bar, sitting at the edge of the stage, getting crowd participation, and handing out set lists after the show, David Shaw really knows how to keep the crowd engaged through the very last minute and beyond. He did give me a high five at one point just as he did with so many others. I fell in love with more of their songs I didnt previously know. Just WOW!

  • Wish I Knew You (were SO good)!

by Buddy Boo on 10/8/25The Pageant - Saint LouisRating: 5 out of 5

Such an amazing show! I only knew a few songs, but the band had incredible energy the entire show and really made it a great night. I brought my dad, who had never heard of the band, and he absolutely loved them. Will be seeing them every time the come to town!

  • No Grace Bowers as opener

by Alphie on 10/8/25The Pageant - Saint LouisRating: 4 out of 5

Revivalists were great but Grace Bowers was advertised as opener.

  • As awesome as expected as they always are! <3

Great band!Everyone in the band are great musicians!

  • Epic amazing and great venue

by Kelly Colgrove on 9/26/25State Theatre - PortlandRating: 5 out of 5

I bought theses tickets with my boyfriend who could no longer make it last minute. I almost did not go but decided to get out of my comfort zone knowing how amazing the crowd would be and go by myself. I of course met amazing people and had the most amazing time. The band was amazing and no one cared I was there alone and neither did I. Even though he was not there to share it with me I was still entertained, danced like no one was watching, and felt the energy in the room.

  • A night to remember!
