About The Price Is Right Live

In 1972, a part of TV history began its journey with the premier of The Price Is Right on CBS. When contestants heeded host Bob Barker's iconic call to "Come on down!" and take part in what has become one of America's most beloved game shows, a legacy started that would last for decades to come. The Price Is Right is one of the most popular, longest-running TV shows ever, so it's not surprising that it spawned a stage version in 2002. When you attend The Price Is Right Live, you may not be on TV but you're still getting the full experience. Whether you're one of the randomly selected contestants or a spectator, you see the classic games played out before your eyes, as people do their best to guess prices in order to win cash and prizes.

Attending the Price is Right Canada was a very fun experience. I would highly recommend going with a spouse or a friend or two! I had a bit of a glitch at the gate with the internet connection so that took about 5 extra minutes. If going again, I would get that set up before approaching the gate. I also felt sorry for the Tech. Team because one of the doors that reveal products and prizes got stuck when it was closing, but they worked fast to get it fixed. For these reasons 4/5

  • Good fun for all ages

The venue was a perfect size and easily accessible. Seats are spacious and comfortable and the sound system was excellent for someone who is hearing impaired. My only real complaint is the cost of food/drink and merch. Ridiculously overpriced, especially for families.

by Eve on 1/14/25Molson Canadian Centre at Casino New/Nouveau Brunswick - MonctonRating: 5 out of 5

I watched Price is Right since 1972 and always wanted to be there in person. The show in Moncton was a dream come true. I may not have won any prizes but the experience- shouting out prices and hollering "higher"or "lower"was so much fun. The experience and the energy in the audience was unforgettable ... priceless memories.

  • The Price is Right

by HEZ on 1/14/25Molson Canadian Centre at Casino New/Nouveau Brunswick - MonctonRating: 5 out of 5

The venue was fantastic, all seating provided a great view. The employees were very accessible and accommodating. The show was fantastic. Engaging the audience and providing excitement for all those who attended. Would definitely go to another if hosted in New Brunswick.

  • Never smiled and laughed so hard

    by GirlFromNSCan on 1/12/25Centre 200 - SydneyRating: 5 out of 5

Todd Newton is a wonderful host. He knew how to get the crowd engaged. He made the experience very personable even to a live audience. It runs a bit different than the regular game; however, it made for more opportunity for more people to ‘come on down!’ My cheeks were sore the next day from all the laughs and smiling that happened. My husband, who was hesitate on going, said he had a great time. I would 100% recommend anyone to go, even if you don’t know anything about the game!

Everything was fantastic about this event from start until finish. The host and announcer were so entertaining…there was never a dull moment. Lots of great prizes given away and loved the added videos and trivia on the show! We laughed and cheered through the entire show.

  • Discouraged

by Hop on 12/3/24Pechanga Resort Casino - TemeculaRating: 1 out of 5

Not what I expected. It's hard to write a review when the experience was not what you expected. To pay that price for front row seats was a joke. Lots of booze, people claiming over seats etc.

  • It was entertaining.

Overall, it was entertaining not long enough..if it came back I would not buy tickets again..

  • Never again

by Girls just wanna have fun on 12/2/24The Venue at Thunder Valley Casino Resort - LincolnRating: 2 out of 5

Sadly, this wasn’t the experience I wanted to have seeing the Price is Right Live. I will say that I WAY overpaid for the tickets and it wasn’t even played the same way as the regular show on TV. Aside from that it was seriously the most unorganized, chaotic experience I’ve ever had going to a show. No one knew what they were doing, where we were supposed to get our name tags, lanyards, extra gifts, etc. That I will say was the most aggravating part. I did more running around back and forth to find the things were supposed to get as part of our package by the time the show started I wasn’t even interested. All in all, the idea of it sounds fun but don’t waste your money.

I bought 2 tickets that cost a total of $224. The advertising indicated there were thousands of dollars of prizes, extra gifts for people in audience. First, the prizes were very low in value (compared to televised show that is free) until the showcase. i.e. Plinko had a max of winning $2500 if you had all 5 chips and got the $500 prize in the middle for each. I didn't expect them to be like the tv version, however, the cost of the ticket seemed to indicate it was something special. And it was at a casino. The contestants were revealed on a big screen that were randomly chosen by computer. So don't waste your money trying to stand out...doesn't matter. The shirt I bought cost more than the special gifts. The "special"gifts for selected audience members consisted of 2 $25 Amazon gift cards (really!!!) and 2 show merch (i.e. shirt, etc.) Much of the show was devoted to showing old film and memories about the show and its origins. Lots of filler. The guest host was decent enough. The venue was so larger there were hundreds of people, so your chances of being called is slim to none. As you can tell, I am disappointed. I went to the televised show 40 years ago and saw Bob. It was a great time. Maybe my expectations were too high. But for the money....totally not worth it. If you are really a fan, go to the show on tv.. Totally different experience. Best part of evening was being able to go with my daughter who was visiting from out of state for Thanksgiving. We had a lot more fun at the slot machines after the show. So not a total loss.
