Bought tickets 6 months earlier and had amazing seats. The ushers were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The Phantom was phenomenal . I am still humming Point of No Return... Everyone should see a Broadway musical in their lifetime.

Excellent show Outstanding performance on Sunday night by Christine understudy Kate Makes me want to go and see how good Emma is The two male leads were good but greatly surpassed by Cheistine understudy All others were very good I would have given 5 stars but Kate killed those two guys Otherwise an excellent show Thank you! My whole party of 5 loved it
A fantastic show with new pyro features! The singing was mesmerizing, so perfect, just like how I remember it back in 1994 when the show first came to Hawaii. In this new show we attended the roles of Christine Daae (Kaitlyn Davis) and Raoul (Michael Maliakel) were played by the understudies but OMG their singing and acting were unbelievably excellent! The Phantom character was yet so mysterious & never disappoints! I’m bummed that Act II, Scene I (Masquerade) was not as colorful and dramatic as original, with staircase, colorful costuming, lights, etc. This time the scene was set darker with more black, gray, with splashes of color. But, it’s another interpretation. Also, at the final bow, what a thoughtful gesture that Michael Maliakel flashed a “shaka” to the audience! THAT’S knowing who you’re playing for!
This was one of the most awesome shows I’ve seen ever. The set was beyond my expectations and the cast was excellent
Beyond my expectations! Awesome acting. Awesome singing. We were there the last time Phantom came to Hawaii and the advancement and stage props and lighting have been outstanding.
I saw Phantom when it came to Honolulu 25 years ago and back then I thought it was great. The present production is even better, really fantastic. It would have been much better if the NBC concert hall stage was larger.
It was a magical performance per my 9 year old. This was our first opera and we loved it! The costumes, the performers, the stage props was amazing. Awesome job to the Phantom of the Opera crew!! We are talking about seeing it again this weekend with other family members! Outstanding!!!! All must attend an opera at least once and go with an open heart and mind in order to appreciate the story and performance!
The phantom of the opera was everything I hoped it would be. Every thing was was done just right. Would love to see it again.

It was so great to be able to get to the concert hall with only moments to spare and not have to go searching for tickets - the tickets were scanned right off the app on my phone and we got to our seats with ease! I'm definitely going to use Ticketmaster for my next event!!
I thought this was a fantastic performance! The cast was very talented, and the sets looked great. I loved every minute of the show, and would highly recommend it.
/The new production of Phantom of the Opera is an evening to experience. The costumes were beautiful, the scenery was amazing. We sat in the balcony in wonderful seats. The actors had magnificent voices, and wonderful talent. We were lost in the story the entire time which brought us to tears in its beauty. All in all it was a magical performance and one not to be missed.

The Phantom of the Opera is woven into my life, it was my first fairytale, my lullaby. Seeing the cast and crew bring it to life in such an amazing way— It genuinely leaves me speechless because all I want to do is mouth along to the songs and see the characters cone to life before my eyes. I'd buy another ticket if I could afford it, so please watch this if you're able. Thank you to the touring cast and crew for letting my see my childhood in action, for letting my song take flight.
Bought tickets as gifts for a friend and she had a tremendous time with her friend. They both gave a glowing report of the show, the performers and the staging. 5 Star experience.
After seeing the play many times, as well as the movie, this rendition of Phantom held many surprises and amazing sets! The Blaisdell Concert Hall has a very small stage compared to many other venues and to see how the show handled the smaller stage was seemless!! The acting and voices of the cast were phenomenal - to the point that we are attending again!!
From purchasing my tickets ‘til the performance night...nothing but Awesome! Highly recommend ticket master...Phantom was Amazing!
