The theater was not comfortable,I didn't like the chaires at all.
Excellent show, my kid and niece really loved it! I really recommend this show even if you do t have kids.
I saw this musical three times and I purchased tickets for my great niece and great nephews. They were absolutely enthralled. Broadway is such a wonderful experience and I hope everyone gets to experience the theatre the way I have.
Before anything I have to say that this show is extremely overpriced but People pay ithe outrageous prices because all are willing to spend on their children. There is no doubt that this is an excellent show. The actors and entire staff are fabulous! The show is not recommended for children under 6 yet people continue to bring their younger children who disrupt the actors and audience ( selfish jerks). We sat in the 2nd row orchestra center stage and, although these are the most expensive seats and we have loved it for all other shows, we do not recommend sitting this close for this show. These seats prevent you from seeing things that are flat on the stage and you miss out on the extravaganza of the characters coming down the isles. You are also too close to believe that the lion king is dead because you can clearly see the actor heavily breathing as he's lying on the stage. If you have lots of money I would recommend the show,if not, shop around for other children's shows at much better deals.
Awesome! We were first time at Broadway and were really impressed!
What we saw was good, but had to leave midway through. Sat next to very disruptive individuals.
Fascinating. I loved it. My first experience on broadway.
My words cannot equal the excellence that is The Lion King. My husband and I took our 5 year old daughter and her 6 year old cousin. The little girls were as taken as we were. The acting and singing talent and the creativity from set design to costumes and puppetry was unbelievable. This is a show for everyone five and up to enjoy and remember for a lifetime.
This was an unbelievable show. It was my parents first time seeing a Broadway show and they really enjoyed it. The costumes were amazing and the singing was GREAT. The whole experience was unforgettable.
I'd heard The Lion King was beautiful and different from any show on Broadway, and after seeing it, I couldn't agree more. Its creative use of above and below the stage as well as the audience to seamlessly transition into songs or scenes was amazing, and the costumes were gorgeous and used wonderfully to turn the actors into animals. The acting was great, especially Scar, but the singing and dancing impressed me the most. I will absolutely go see The Lion King again, and I recommend it to everyone.
Loved the entire production! The stage was amazing!
Excellent show, marvellous cast and costumes. Would definitely recommend
From all Broadway shows i've seen, this was the best. Loved it from minute one till the end. Everything was perfect !! Thank you.
The singing done by the cast especially the narrators of the show was amazing. Only reason I would give the show 4 stars rather than 5 was because this show was a Kids show, and had moments that were very disney to it. But over all the cast was amazing and captivating in their music styling and voice.
My husband and I absolutely loved the performance. The story, the cast, the staging, the sound.... were all incredible. Initially, my husband was not eager to see this show. He did so as it was my birthday wish. After seeing it though, he was so pleased with the choice and talked about the entire way home.
ONE WORD...AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disney creates the best shows for families to enjoy together. Everyone must see this performance at least once.
Music and costumes amazing, smooth entrance, no waiting
the beginning was absolutely amazing and the rest of the show was great too
