    This story never gets old!

by Tori on 3/16/19Minskoff Theatre - New York

Celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday, this show brought out the kid in us again. This is not to say it’s a show for kids, but the energy of every aspect of the show awakens the joy of childhood inside of you. From the opening to the closing...acting to dancingto singing...costumes to lighting...we were on the edge of our seats just like every other kid in the audience!

    Highly recommended!

    by M. A. on 3/12/19Minskoff Theatre - New York

The show is amazing! The cast, props and obviously music are astounding. The performance was breathtaking. As a Lion King fan I knew I was going to enjoy it, but the person I went with didn't know about the Lion King and was amazed by it. I highly recommend it for everyone, regardless of age and previous knowledge of the story.

Single-handedly the best play I've ever seen

by Jaymes on 3/12/19Minskoff Theatre - New York

This is one of those things that you just have to experience yourself. There's no way to explain or capture how amazing it is. Videos would do no justice and could never capture the spectrum presented. Between the puppetry and practical effects it is pure poetry. Not to mention amazing performances from some of the best actors and actresses I've ever seen, including the ones that play grass.

    Great Again!

    by E. F. on 3/8/19Minskoff Theatre - New York

Third time I've seen Lion King, but the first time from the mezzanine. Terrific sight lines and wonderful stage coverage! I'd recommend a mezzanine seat near the front for anyone interested in the full experience.

    Need to be upgraded

    by E. C. on 3/7/19Minskoff Theatre - New York

Really disappointed....It seems that the artistic direction has been sleeping for 15 years on what they built at first and they need to change! The first scene and the last are good but the for the rest there is a lack of decoration... A show is not only people on stage. I really had high expectation, I saw Alladin and Beautiful and it was more spectacular. To many muppets,... Timon shouldn’t be a muppet articulated by one green gringe... Sometime I thought of assisting to the year end show of an high school. It’s not because it’s full everyday and that the show has good rating that it doesn’t need improvement, quality need to be upgraded to the next level if they don’t want to be the last.....
