The Minskoff Theatre is located on 200 West 45th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue. There is no designated on-site parking. Taxis can stop outside the theatre for drop off and pick up.
The Minskoff Theatre is close to the 42nd Street - Times Square subway stop. You can take the 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W and S lines to reach the stop.

THE LION KING is performed at the Minskoff Theatre on 200 W 45th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue in New York City’s Theater District. Individual and group tickets for the show are available through Ticketmaster and the Minskoff Theatre box office.

Got tickets for my son 16th birthday. Sulky teenager who'd rather be any where but he became a 6 years old boy from the opening scene. He was singing along and applauding. His face made me the happiest mother ever. I highly recommend seeing this musical. I will be definitely seeing this again. Worth every single penny.
This show was amazing from the costume designs, to the actors and actresses, the stage design, the realization of animal and I can keep going on. The way they brought the animal to life with movement and sound. Wow!! I was totally impressed by the elephant and the giraffe, OMG!!! The dancers were all amazing, everyone was so in sync and coordinated together. I really want to know what glue they used to keep that mask head on, because that head had no movement at all. Throughout the spins and jumping and turns. The orchestra and conductor did an outstanding job. I heard every instrument clearly. Lead violin great job!!!! The choir, what a great job. This show, showcase so many different talents it’s hard to pinpoint a favorite. The stage crew and light crew, I would like to give credit to because you made the show. This was my daughter 1st Broadway show for her birthday and this show made her day!!! Keep up the good work. This show is worth every penny and more paid.
It was such an amaizng show! From the very beginning I had tears in my eyes. The signing, the costumes, the music and the production as a whole. WOW!! Worth every single penny !
My husband and I brought our girls, 7 and 10 years old, to see our very first Broadway show. We absolutely loved it!! The stage, the characters, the costumes and the comedy were just amazing! We are already looking forward to our next trip back to the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What an amazing experience and THE best show I have ever seen. I laughed, I cried, I had regular goosebumps.. I came out exhausted from the emotion. An amazing show that everyone should have the opportunity to see.
I always have very high expectations when it comes to love production, this one disappointed me. Dancers were not coordinated, it seemed that they hadn’t practiced or that they replaced dancers at the last minute , and in my opinion some actors did not fit the characters such as Zimba (young and teenager)
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this show. From the very beginning to the very end, the Lion King had me in awe. The singing, acting, lights, costumes oh my. My kids can’t wait to do it again.
I bought tickets for my wife for our anniversary, and we were not disappointed! This was probably my favorite Broadway experience. The set and costumes were amazing, and the cast was brilliant!

From the opening of the show, to the applause performance afterwards, the animals brought the show to life. The singing was memorable. And the jokes were entertaining too.
Lion King is the best musical I've ever seen! The cast is amazing, the music is wonderful and the all together is just an outstanding experience!!
This was an amazing Broadway show with the right balance of acting, singing, and comedy! The cast’s performance was excellent! The costumes and sets were all beautifully done and the transitions from scene to scene were smooth. If you haven’t seen a Broadway show and want to try one out, then a highly recommend The Lion King!
Very good. One thought: if Anna in Frozen is played by a black actress, when can we have Nala being played by a red headed actress? That would be great!!! :)

This is the second time I’ve experienced The Lion King the first time was when it came to Memphis TN years ago. But on Broadway!!!!!!! I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed the show!! The costumes, performances, conductor, stage-scenery, vocals, imagery, blend of cultural diversity!!!! The kids where phenomenal !!!!! I just had a BALL!!!!! Please do yourself a favor GO SEE THE LION KING !!!!!!!!!!
The Lion King on Broadway was captivating and spectacular! The cast, costumes, set, and music were sensational. Three generations attended the show with me and we were all equally blown away. We can’t wait to return and see it again! Our absolute favorite experience in NYC!!
I have seen this show twice and would absolutely see it again. Phenomenal actors, set design and wardrobe. A great experience for the whole family.
