Two Illusionists were very hard to understand . If the volume was up, it could have been better. Showman was great! He should get his own show.
We sat in the orchestra pit, thank goodness, because if you sat any further away, you might as well be watching the television screen the entire time. Just way too many card tricks, you’ve seen one, you’ve seen em all.
The show was wonderful, each one in our party of 7 enjoyed very much
Loved the show, however, during the show an audience member had a medical emergency (when it happened people panicked not know what was happening). People were running out of the theatre. Unfortunately, the performers never stopped and the theatre didn’t turn on the lights creating a scary experience. I felt like the performers and theatre could have handled this situation much better.
Lots of nonsense gibberish. Most was for kids. Not really an adult show. However the adult humor was exhausting to listen to. Way over done. On line videos seemed to cater to a more adult illusions.. but its mostly a kids magic show. Discussed at the about of money for tickets as it was boring and waste for adults
Should have been more kid friendly, more Christmas themed/Holiday Illusions and FRED should have NOT been brought into it, my Grandson questioned this later…not a happy grandma here
Very good magicians! Enjoyed the show. Very family oriented! They are great with the kids from the audience. Would definitely go see it again!🎄
I bought these tickets for my fiancés birthday and we were slightly disappointed. Of course the ambiance of the Fox Theater during Christmas is always fascinating but this show was not worth the money we paid. The acts were dragged out too long and the humor got old after awhile. And I didn't read anywhere that the main focus was for kids.
Great! Magic show was exciting from beginning to end one of mine bending , can I take my eyes off all the magicians
What a nice event!! Great diversity of illusions and some of the best I've ever seen!!
Still trying to figure how they did it!!! Mind blowing stuff great show!
This is the first time I've seen the Illusionist show and it was excellent!!! They did so many great things and all 5 gentlemen are extremely talented. I would recommend this as a family or by yourself!!! Tickets are reasonably priced also!!!
The actual show was entertaining. Crowd control could have been better. Letting people in earlier may help with the lines in the freezing weather. Would prefer paper tickets rather than mobile tickets.
This was our first experience with this show. It was very entertaining and engaging. Would recommend it to anyone. Wonderful mixture of talent.
Loved the show but I thought it was going to be geared more towards the holidays; there was a very thin connection to the holidays.
My granddaughter was called up on stage to participate, she absolutely loved it.
Great time. Each Illusionist was exciting and mesmerizing in his own way. Loved the way they brought children in the audience into their show. The Showman was a great MC. Witty and very entertaining.
Overall, it was a good show. There was a lot of audience participation, and I think it would’ve been better to just watch the magicians/illusionists. There are quite a few sexual remarks made in the show, so beware if you are bringing a child between the ages of 11 and 16. I thought they could’ve done without that especially as this is a family event. Overall the magic by the illusionist was great, but I think they can shorten the show and eliminate a lot of the audience participation that seemed like just “filler.”
The show was not as spectacular as expected, while each illusionist were fine in their roles, there were a few parts the show seemed to drag on with the script. There was only one disappearing magic act which involved the actual illusionist. On stage/live acts require bigger disappearing acts that the full audience can see from near and far, and not one that the audience has to watch on the screen above. We stat in row 11, which is fairly close to the stage, yet found it challenge to see the illusions that were being performed. What they did do well was engaged the audience often and the show was kid friendly. This was my second time viewing the illusionist show and 2nd time around I was not left impressed.
