Considering the price I paid for tickets I was expecting to be dazzled. It was just okay. If it were not for the host (who was truly fabulous) and the quick change act this show would have been a bust!! I go to a magic show I expect to be wowed!! I was not. It was entertaining but not worth the price of the tickets!!
Well worth the trip. It was much better than the last illusions show we went to last year. Should be said that the Fox is a lousy venue for a stage show. Very hard to see past the people in front of you. We were in row B. Some 6’8” dude was in row a. Further away you have to watch the show on tv.
Took my 11 yr old and my mother and we all 3 enjoyed it. Could not take my eyes off. Would definitely go see again.
We sat close to stage, and music was a tad loud. MC was very entertaining as well as most of the other performers. Great audience participation events. Witty humor throughout show. Kids enjoyed it. Tad pricey for what was delivered, but still reasonable. Did not like the lines to get through gate for electronic ticketing, that should be improved. Fox personnel were great.
The whole family enjoyed, entertaining and such a good evening out!
Great evening out with grown sons and everyone's significant others ... we had a blast and are still talking about it!!!! Great memories made that night!!
Maybe it was that the best trick of the night got cancelled due to technical difficulties? I am sure that figures in, but this show just didn't have the wow factor that was hoped for. It was entertaining, but more for the comic relief than the magic. No new tricks, or even new takes on old tricks that made you go “wow”. Could it be that sitting so close to the action was the problem? It never was at other magic acts. The card manipulator from France was boring, to be honest. The outfits on some of the performers were the highlight of the show. The female assistants had great outfits. I really had high hopes for the show, I enjoy magic, and always try to sit in the first three rows, but this show didn’t bring it for us, the wife and I. We both wouldcrate it “meh”.
I was disappointed in the show. It seemed to be very unpolished, a little bit amateurish. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Would not recommend this.
The show was so entertaining. We gave them numerous standing ovations. Creative , funny , and unexpected magic that made it one of the most entertaining shows . Each illusionist brought their own style and act, so we had such a variety.
Have seen Illusionists 3 times and this show had different performers and was as good or better than the others. Love magic and the illusions are spectacular.
So entertaining for youth to adults. Such an enjoyable evening!
The constant music was WAY too loud... specifically the bass... it was very uncomfortable. Also, it felt like it was trying too hard to be a comedy show, and it didn't work for us. We just wanted to see cool magic tricks. Would not attend again.
