About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

  • They “Beat” all the other Beatles Tributes

by Frank Heron on 12/24/24The Santander Performing Arts Center - ReadingRating: 5 out of 5

We have seen several Beatles tributes, including one at the Cavern Club but these guys truly shine comparatively. They didn’t need any multi-media antics to get you hooked, from the first riff you were listening to the real “Fab Four”. Their tribute to George was moving to say the least.

  • Amazing

The Fab Four was so good and I will definitely see them again because they are all very talented.

The Fab Four were very good, very authentic, would definitely recommend them and would go see them again.

  • Just okay

by Wazzuer on 12/18/24Moore Theatre - SeattleRating: 3 out of 5

Not as good as the last time I saw them. They played an entire half set of songs no one knew. Disappointing and don’t think I will be seeing them again.

  • An extremely enjoyable evening for Beatles fans!

by Carol on 12/17/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I have seen the Fab Four several times. They are one of the premiere Beatles over bands out there, along with Rain. As avid Beatles' fans, It's always such a great time to go to one of their highly entertaining shows. This one paid tribute to the 60th anniversary of the release of the Meet tr Beatles album. Loved it!

  • Fab Four

Awesome! My daughter and I have been going to see the Fab Four every time they are in Seattle (our 4th time). Will go again as soon as the tickets go on sale!

The Fab Four crushed it! What a great show and I’ll be seeing them again.

  • Terrific show

by Vinyl Rules on 12/17/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

4th time I’ve seen these guys and they never disappoint. I’m very critical of cover bands but they are as close to an authentic Beatles sound as one could expect. Could have done without the 60 some year old in front of us who drank his weight in beer but hey, seen that a thousand times. Terrific experience down to the Ed Sullivan impersonator! Fun!!!

  • Great show & performances.

by The Fab Four on 12/17/24Moore Theatre - SeattleRating: 5 out of 5

The Fab Four concert was a flash to the past & a treat for all ages. The Fab Four were fantastic & sang & performed live with a variety of instruments & vocals. The Ed Sullivan character was comical & helped set the tone for The Fab Fours first visit to the US. The four gentlemen & MC did not disappoint. I would highly recommend seeing The Fab Four when they return next year. The only negative is the venue. The Moore Theater is charming but very outdated & in need of some must needed renovations.

  • Decent Beatles show.

by Nick Riffbroker on 12/17/24Moore Theatre - SeattleRating: 4 out of 5

Really good 1964 set, but missing all of '65-'66, with the exception of the Got To Get You Into My Life performed in Sgt Pepper gear. Ok, I can forgive that. After Pepper it gets a little jerky timeline wise. Jumping to '71 with Imagine, well done- but a bit maudlin. Then went backwards from Abbey Road songs, to Get Back sessions, to Hey Jude. Great musicianship, instrumentation a little bit off. George should have had a J-200 for Here Comes The Sun instead of the J-160. George should have had a Fender Bass VI on Hey Jude instead of John on the Hofner- John should have been on the Casino. The gap after the Ed Sullivan show should have been Eight Days A Week, Ticket To Ride, (with Rickenbacker 360-12 string) Help, We Can Work It Out/ Day Tripper/ Paperback Writer/ Rain- that would have filled out the gap nicely with some of the hit singles in the mid period. I know it's a hard act to please everyone with such a historic catalog. I had a good time, accents and mannerisms were well done. Some of the comedy, merch hucksterism, crowd goading a bit cringe, but forgivable.

  • Outstanding Performance.

The Fab Four Put On An Amazing Concert. They Looked And Sang Just Like The Beatles. I Would Highly Recommend Going To See Them. You Won’t Be Disappointed.

  • Fewer Songs?

by SpecialK on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 4 out of 5

I have enjoyed seeing the Fab Four several times over the past few years. I am a big fan. I was disappointed as to how much time they took to play all my favorite Beatles songs. The show, from start to finish, lasted two hours. If you subtract the twenty minute intermission, the two sets of videos, and the very funny Ed Sullivan doing his thing, it ended up with a little more than one hour of songs. Previous shows produced more time for song-playing. I will still come to watch these very talented musicians perform all the great Beatles songs. But please, sing more of them. Thank you.

  • The Fab Four show was Fantastic!

by Sharon on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I attended the Fab Four show at The Broward Center with our son and his fiancee. I loved the way it was presented as their appearance on the Ed Sullivan show. Took me right back to the actual live performance of the Beatles on the show. We sang to every song. A definite must see!

  • You will not be disappointed!

by J & S on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

Great! Best Beatles Tribute band we have ever seen! Ed Sullivan was very good as well! The Fab Four Was Fabulous!

  • Expected More

by Meg on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 4 out of 5

I’ve seen many Beatle tribute bands and this is the first one I left disappointed. The show was good, a different take with Ed Sullivan, but for their 60th anniversary I would have thought they would have played more of the Beatles number 1 hits or more songs that made them who they were. They played music from 3 albums. One was their first album, which didn’t have any hit songs, then they played a few from Sargent Pepper and the White Album. Very good, but not enough. They also talked way too much in between songs. The audience were even saying, “more music”. I still enjoyed the show. Their voices and even their look was great. I’ll continue to see other Beatle tribute bands. .

  • Overall beautiful

by Troy on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

The band’s performance was outstanding, leaving me fooled as if I was watching the real Beatles perform. Along with their attention to detail, the addition of Ed Sullivan impersonator made me laugh and left me nostalgic for the past. I will definitely see this band again and look forwards to their return to South Florida.

  • The “Fab Four” were great!!

by Larrye72 on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

The “Fab Four” were great!! The show took us back to our youth & the tribute to the real Beatles was very enjoyable! The “Fab Four” have their mannerisms down & costume design was excellent! Don’t miss this show!!

  • Excellent sound

by ASP on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 4 out of 5

We really enjoyed the concert, the group was really authentic. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars related to their choice of songs, as they played some of the Beatles more obscure songs but didn’t play many of their top hits. Overall however, excellent!

  • Fabulous Show

by Rocky999 on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I was never able to see the Beatles in concert, but after watching this show you will feel that you have seen them live in concert.

  • Best Beatles Tribute

by Monte on 12/16/24Au-Rene Theater at the Broward Center - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen quite a few Beatles tribute bands but the Fab Four is the best by far, from the video presentation to the Ed Sullivan impersonator and most importantly the music, they nail it every time.
