About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

  • Fab 4 at wharf was a great Beatles tribute band

by Chief35 on 7/6/11Amphitheater at The Wharf - Orange BeachRating: 5 out of 5

the band was awesome and wharf was a great place for a show. The music was wonderfull and their Paul looked just like a young Paul. Great show, i just wish my Daughter Layla could have been with me. Yes , she is named after the famous Clapton song Layla.....It just runs in our family....Beatles and eric clapton,....don't get no better than them

  • Fab Four are great . . but venue

by TinkwMobile on 7/5/11Amphitheater at The Wharf - Orange BeachRating: 4 out of 5

Third time I have seen the Fab Four, they continue to put on an excellent show and what we saw we enjoyed. Our tickets said a 7PM start time, TV advertising said 8PM start time. I called The Wharf and was told 7 was gate opening and 8 was start. When we arrived for an 8PM show time, we found out it was a 7PM show start. We were disappointed in The Wharf, the information provided and the response's I received to questions that night. We drove from Mobile (50 miles) for dinner and the show. Be prepared to sweat if you attend anything at The Wharf during hot LA summers.

  • The Fab Four Made My Day

by Anonymous on 7/4/11Amphitheater at The Wharf - Orange BeachRating: 5 out of 5

The Fab Four were awesome!!!!! Everything was perfect! Their accents, posture, and performance was spot on! They are as real as impersonators get! Often times I forgot that I wasn't at a real Beatles concert. It was so amazing! I hope they come back to Orange Beach because I would love to see them again! It is so nice to see the spirit of The Beatles living on so that my generation can have a taste of what real music is. Thank you Fab Four for making my day!

  • Awesome show!

by RustyHooks on 7/4/11Amphitheater at The Wharf - Orange BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Very entertaining show, but you could do away with "Ed Sullivan". The music was very good; the audio mix was very good; and, they sounded very much like the original recordings!!

  • The Fab Four were Fab

by bchgrm on 7/4/11Amphitheater at The Wharf - Orange BeachRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great show, they were terrific. George really looked like George. I love the choice of songs, I liked how they changed their costumes as the Beatles aged in their music. I loved the groups' interaction with the crowd. I don't attend events since my husband died but since the Fab Four were performing so close to me and the ticket prices were right and I love the Beatles music - I went alone and I was so happy I did

The Fab Four were FABULOUS!!!!! Brought me back to the '60s, especially with the Ed Sullivan skits. Great showmen, great musicians and all done with the same cheeky humor of the times. Don't miss these fellows. They are great!

  • A Splendid Time is Guarranteed for All !

  • Better than Rain

by Williejpic on 5/23/11St. George Theatre - Staten IslandRating: 5 out of 5

The Fab Four rocks! Literally.... From the opening with Ed Sullivan to the final note, we sang, danced and rocked to our favorite Beatles' tunes. I saw Rain on Broadway and The Fab Four outdid Rain by miles..the artists engaged the audience, the Ed Sullivan actor was hysterical and the crowd was wowed!!!! For a fourth of the price of Rain....you get a whole lot more.

  • Fab Four Unbelievable

by Louberg on 5/23/11St. George Theatre - Staten IslandRating: 5 out of 5

I'm an avid Beatle Fan you might even classify me as a fanatic. I've never had any interest or desire in seeing a Beatles cover band but for some reason after hearing the commerical on CBS FM I thought it would be a Saturday night out. Well OMG this band was phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed the show, the music was perfect. I will definitely follow this band and make it a point of seeing them again.

  • Fab Four Fun

The show was great. The musicians were amazing and funny. If they guarantee different songs and jokes next time I would definitely go again.

Great show. Took my father and future father in-law to see it as they are both HUGE Beetles fans, and they both loved it. Great show, and I'd see them time and time again.

  • Yaeh Yeah Yeah

by zxc9999 on 4/13/11City National Grove of Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

Since you can't watch the real thing, this is a good as it gets. Great performances by the band. The Ed Sullivan character is okay. Too much of him.

  • wings sucks

by diracdelta on 4/13/11City National Grove of Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 2 out of 5

To much wings songs . No one likes wings . If people pay to go hear Beatles songs they don't want 50% of the concert about wings

  • The Fab Four are the best BEATLES Tribute Band!!!

by 18JB on 4/12/11City National Grove of Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

I've been attending The Fab Four performances since 2005, and The Fab Four are the Ultimate and very best BEATLES Tribute band in the world. Their careful attention to detail and note-for-note performances of the Classic and the entire catalog of BEATLES songs are incredible! If you enjoy The BEATLES and their music, I highly recommend attending a performance of The Fab Four at a venue in your area!!!

  • They were just okay.

by chas4057 on 4/12/11City National Grove of Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 4 out of 5

I had previously seen the Beatles tribute band Rain. I had heard that the Fab Four were just as good. Musically, Rain were far better. Rain never made mistakes. I heard glaring mistakes like missed notes with The Fab Four. Rain never faltered. The Fab Four did look more like the Beatles however. The Ed Sullivan look-alike was cheesy. He did tell jokes that were inappropriate for the younger audience. I never really liked Paul Mcartney's Wings, so when the second half of the show was Wings I groaned. There were a couple of songs I did like Live and Let Die and Band On The Run. But the rest was like getting root canal. They should have played more Beatles songs or at the very least, play George Harrison, Ringo Starr and more of John Lennon solo songs.
