THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:
You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”
"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and they play like The Beatles."
"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

These guys sound JUST like the Beatles! Every note was perfect, from the guitar to the drum to the singing.
This was one of the best concerts I have been to. It was amazing how much these guys looked and even sounded like the real deal. Most bands who try to imitate a famous group such as the Beatles can never get the music to sound just right. This group not only sounded the part, they played the instruments like the Beatles. Every song was perfect. I highly recommend seeing this group.
I loved the original Beatles, and was surprised at the Fab Fours realism, similiar appearances and the music quality was fantastic I would highly recommend the show to others..well performed..great costumes..top knotched entertanors.
Amazing...Paul was Paul down to every nuance......music was incredible! Loved it!
The whole band was amazing but John and George have to be seen and heard to be believed. I don't write reviews but this was better than i expected so just showing them some props, keep it up guys.
This was a great show, we really enjoyed ourselves, would recommend this to others. These guys really look and sound like the Beatles..! Awesome performance and the best tribute band / group ever..!
The show was absolutly fantastic they played all geat songs I wish the set was longer so I could have herd more songs that I like, 2 hrs is not enough I think it would great if they did a set of the Beatles early solo stuff as well there are some great songs as well Mixing of sound was a little of on a couple of songs most of it was great. I brought my grand kids and they loved it they ask me to bring them again the next time they come around. They are 12 and 15 yrs old.
It's obvious why The Fab Four are so popular. They flawlessly played many Beatles favorites, they talked with a British accent and added some humor along the way. I loved the interaction with the audience too. It was a show that took us on a journey from the Beatles early years to the final album and no detail was spared. I'll be looking for them again the next time they're in town. One of the things I noticed about the music was that it wasn't so loud as to be distorted and my ears didn't ring for hours on end after it was over. THANK YOU FOR THAT!
As a great Beatles fan I've watched RAIN on Broadway, BEATLEMANIA, 4 LADS FROM LIVERPOOL and Sir Paul McCartney 3 times. I'd say that THE FAB FOUR is the closest you can get to The Beatles, specially Ardy as Paul. I would recommend and I would watch them again for sure! A lot of songs missing, tough...like IN MY LIFE and THIS BOY...
Some of the best performers on the planet, extremely talented, all.
Absolutely top notch! We have been to several Beatles tribute shows, but this was by far the best. The resemblance and singing was incredible. THey had their mannerisms down pat, including their onstage banter. They re-enacted the Beates' 1964 appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show. Ed's character was hilarious! At the end, they each did some post-Beatles songs. John's character brought the house down with his version of "Imagine". Another nice touch was "the lads" coming out to the lobby after the show for pictures and autographs. I was fifteen when the real Beatles hit the scene, and have been a lifelong fan. I took my twelve year-old son, who was also a Beatles fan before, and he was blown away.
Wow...these guys are good...voices , looks and mannerisms....great great show
Very good! LOVED IT! They were so much like the beatles.
The music was great--spot on. But I've got to tell you that watching was weird. The Fab Four do a terrific job of impersonating the Beatles but I found myself distracted by continually thinking was that they way it was? Close your eyes and listen.
Seeing The Fab Four is like going back in time. The look, the sound and the exitement of Beatlemania is all there! If you're a Beatles fan, this is a show that can't be missed. This was our second time seeing them and we look forward to seeing them again!
This was an absolutely fabulous show! If you never got the opportunity to see the original Fab Four, this is the next best thing to actually being there. The show took you on a musical tour through the early years up to the end of their performing era. The Ed Sullivan tie-in was equally fun to re-visit. This was truly a stroll down memory lane for anyone who grew up with the Beatles. Costumes were great, sound was exceptional. The musicians were wonderful and sounded magnificent, actually singing the songs. Would recommend this show to anyone who was a fan of the Beatles.
The show was awesome and the only thing better would have been to see the Beatles in person. My daughters, 15 and 9, were pleasantly surprised since they are both Beatles fans like their dad.
The Fab Four were fantastic, took my wife ,three daughters & one's boyfriend. We've seen the local tribute band "Liverpool" several times, they are awsume too,but these guys were even better. Onlything wrong with event was the long, drawn out, boring opening (about 45 min) of praise for Dick Wilson talking about "old days" with some old dude, don't even know who he was!! I mean ok,he's been a D-J for 40 years, oohra, applaud,be on your way-10-15 minutes would be plenty!! The concert was slated to start at 8 o'clock, but the band was,nt on stage till 9!!!-wonder half the audience was,t asleep by then,I almost was! Tho our seats were great,we elected to stand at rail in front of bar so the girls could "wiggle their butts" to the music, they could,nt do that in seats!!
The concert was great! the only thing was I wish it would have started sooner more like 8:30. the celebration for Dick was good but alot of it was too much.
The Fab Four show was absolutely Fabulous. As a matter of fact if they hadn't bee so good right from the start I would have wlked out and here's why The ticket said the show started at 8 pm A little late we thought but hey its a Friday nite. At 8 pm or so one of the DJ's from Kansas City came out and rambled on about his forty year career here in Kansas City. He is well liked as a DJ but nothing he said was planned and off the cuff and when I say he rambled I mean just that. He was absolutely boring and useless to the show. Then for the first time ever we had a forty-five minute intermission. Heck we hadn't even had a show as yet and we were left sitting of standing at our chairs. If there hadn't been a wet bar in the back of the room it would have been an even more hidious ridiculous waste of time when we were there to be entertained. Next the venue. I love the Midland Theatre but the only things that were clean were the restrooms and the bar. All of the beatiful ornate trimmings had about an inch of dust on them. The carpets were filthy and appeared they hadn't been cleaned for years. But when the band hit the stage they made it magical.
