About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

Peace, Love, and Lennon not what I paid for...

by BeatlesFANinLA on 11/29/10Club Nokia - Los Angeles

I've seen the Fab Four a few times, and I love them...but not this night. For the amount they charged for a ticket, it would have been nice if they promoted this show as "Peace, Love, and Lennon" the day the tickets went on sale when I bought them, instead of waiting until about two weeks before the show when I already had my tickets in hand. Because it was John Lennon's birthday, they made the show into a special tribute to him. I'm not knociking them for it...good for them. But at least tell the ticket buyers before they buy their tickets what they are in for. They opened the show with a couple Beatles songs, then completely scrapped their Beatles setlist and played all post-Beatles era songs, including a cameo by an Elton John tribute act who played other "jam" songs with the Lennon band. The band sounded good and played well, but I would have liked to have know what I was paying for so I could choose to attend or not attend this event. I'm sure some other fans may have felt a little ripped off from this too...

Seriously the best Beatles tribute band out there!

by TheScouser on 11/29/10Grove of Anaheim - Anaheim

I honestly don't even know how many times I've seen this band; I've been following them now for almost three years and every single performance has been awesome. I have to say that I've also seen a lot of Beatles tribute bands from all over, and the Fab Four is by far the "toppermost of the poppermost". I love how they really take the music seriously, recreating every tiny sound that makes the Beatles what they are! Ron has the most incredible voice, strong and yet it can be so haunting just like John's; Rolo rips up the drums (especially on "Strawberry Fields"); Gavin is a spitting image of George, a true Liverpudlian with that adorable crooked smile; and Ardy totally embodies Paul, you can tell that he has spent hours just watching him and every movement he makes. I can definitely say that you don't even have to be a big Beatles nerd to love the Fab Four, they play something for everyone! Their set list never disappoints, it covers all the classics throughout the band’s career. The costume changes are always awesome (I really loved the Shea Stadium jackets boys!) and the stage setup was awesome (the yellow submarine flying across the stage was the cutest thing ever)! Anyroad, to make the long story short, the Fab Four is a must-see, whether you're a huge Beatles fan or not! They are certainly the closest we'll ever get to the real fabs!!

    The Fab Four is Fabulous!

by Bonde on 11/28/10Grove of Anaheim - Anaheim

I had seen The Fab Four a few months earlier at another venue and enjoyed them so much that I took my sister to this show for her birthday gift...She had a great time, we both did! They really do an uncanny job at re-creating the Beatles. Their voices, personalities, mannerisms, looks, costumes...great attention to details! Brought back some great memories!
