About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

The crowd lacked energy, but so did the band. The Ed Sullivan imitator went on much too long and was grating. The band's performance of the early Beatles' music was quite good, but the later stuff was performed poorly.

  • FABulous concert!

W.O.W. These lads work hard to get all the moves, music arrangements, and harmonies just like to real group. :D

  • Fab Four takes you back for sure

by SuperDee on 12/6/11Laurie Auditorium - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

Took my dad to see the Fab Four recently in San Antonio, TX and just the look on his face said it all. He brought back the Beatles first album from Europe to the states and kind of instilled a love for the Beatles in all his kids. So to see him give the Fab Four two thumbs up really meant that the tickets were money we'll spent. This is my second time seeing them, and what gets me is the fact that all the music you hear is them, the costume changes through the decades is awesome, Ed Sullivan is a cool added feature, but when they speak, you think it's really John and Paul themselves on stage. I would defiantly see them again.

  • Fab Four were amazing

This was the third time we've attended The Fab concert. It never fails at being simply amazing. For my two girls it a chance to see what it was all about in the early sixties. For me its a walk down memory lane.

I really enjoy this group-a really good show. Only recommendation would be to change up the graphics-and jokes-for folks that come every year.

  • The most amazing tribute band ever!!!!!!!!

by angeliceyes on 12/5/11Laurie Auditorium - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

The Fab Four put on an amazing performance. They were spot on with their impersinations of the real Beatles. I also enjoyed the introduction by "Ed Sullivan".

Best concert I have ever been too. I am too young to have seen The Beatles, so this is the closest I will ever get. I was overwhelmed with excited and emotion from the second they started playing. Their likeness to The Beatles is uncanny! If you are a Beatles fan, you will LOVE it!

  • Most Amazing

The Fab Four performance was the most amazing show I have ever witnessed. These guys are just phenomenal! I've seen other Beatles tribute bands but The Fab Four are truly the greatest! This was my first time seeing them and I certainly hope they come around next year. I highly recommend seeing a performance by them. Fabulous!

  • Awesome!

My spouse & I have seen several different Beatles "tribute" bands - and have developed high standards for any that we watch. This was our first time to see the "Fab Four", and we weren't dissappointed! These guys were GREAT! My wife is Brittish, so - she can be more critical than most, but she was very impressed with this group! We liked the pre-show trivia questions and also liked the 60's videos. The broader offering of Beatles songs was also refreshing! The meet & greet following the show was also fun and we enjoyed these guys making themselves so accessible. All in all, the show was wonderful and we went away with big smiles on our faces! The show also brought back allot of wonderful memories. We definitely recomend the FAB FOUR and will look forward to seeing them again the next time they play anywhere near San Antonio! Thanks Fab Four!

  • The Fab Four Are Just That!

by Dreamonn on 12/5/11Laurie Auditorium - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

For those of us who love the music of the Beatles and were born too late to see a real concert, this group is the next best thing. The vocals, costumes and mannerisms are incredible. The show was well over two hours, starting with the early days through Sergeant Pepper and ending with the Let It Be period. If you are a Beatles Fan you owe it to yourself to see these talented impressionists.

  • Like thier name, they were "Fab"

This was the third straight year we've had the pleasure to be blown away by these fantastic performers. I'm still tingling from their show!

I am an avid Beatles fan. I was so awestruck how much the Fab Four ,not only sing but have their actions and movement exact! Whem John sang Imagine,it was like you actually watching the real John Lennon! A must see for everyone!!! Also kudos to Ed sullivan He was great!!!

  • FAB unFOURgettable

by RockinBroker on 12/5/11Laurie Auditorium - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

Great show. I was amazed at the shear musical talent of each of the members! Honestly didn't believe that they could pull off some of the studio music of later albums, but it was practically flawless!

  • The Fab Four are Fabulous!

by Victorie on 12/5/11Laurie Auditorium - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

I loved, loved, loved The Fab Four concert. Having been a Beatles fan years ago and having attended a couple of their live concerts, this is the first time I was able to actually hear their music live rather than on record. It was such a pleasure. The Fab Four were right on with every aspect of The Beatles and it took me back to when I was a teenager. I sang on every song. Very uplifting experience - so much fun! The venue, Laurie Auditorium, was a lovely experience as well. I would love to see The Fab Four again and I will definitely go back to Laurie Auditorium. I was milldly disappointed that the audience seemed a tad stodgy and could have responded at times more enthusiastically although everyone seemed to enjoy the show.

  • Outstanding cover band

    by f2112 on 12/5/11Laurie Auditorium - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

I went expecting to hear a good cover band of the Beatles. What I got was more than expected. I will see this show again when they come back. Totally enjoyed it.
