About

THE FAB FOUR IN CONCERT:

You know the saying: if it walks like a Beatle, if it talks like a Beatle...it must be The Fab Four, the world's foremost Beatles tribute band. The California-based quartet have been reviving Beatlemania with their spot-on impersonations for over 12 years, and practice has made perfect — the band's tours consistently satisfy the Beatle-shaped hole in fans' souls, drawing rave reviews for their extensively researched, down-to-the-mannerisms enactments of late great band's legendary live concerts. The Fab Four continue to carry on The Beatles' legacy in 2014, hitting the road with their beloved show on a string of North American tour dates.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Founded in 1997 by John Lennon impersonator Ron McNeil, The Fab Four spent their early days touring Southern California and playing regular shows at Disneyland. As the band's reputation grew, they landed an increasing number of high-profile gigs, including a headlining slot at Liverpool's annual Beatleweek in 2004 and a residency in Vegas from 2005-2008. Since then, the band has taken their show around the world, keeping the memory of John, Paul, George, and Ringo alive and rocking.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"What a great performance. It was like we were actually watching and listening to the Beatles live.”

"If you like The Beatles' music, and who doesn't, you owe it to yourself to see this band. They talk like The Beatles, they sing like The Beatles, they look like The Beatles, and  they play like The Beatles."

"Took my 11 y/o son who is the biggest Beatles fan I know to see the Fab Four in Reading, PA. I felt like I was watching THE Beatles live in 2013! They sounded spot on & I loved how they got the crowd involved in the show."

  • The Fab Four @ Club Nokia

    by Andy1x on 2/19/12Club Nokia - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

Difficult to find a Beatles tribute band that comes close to The Fab Four. They resemble the Beatles well, instrumentally and vocally are completely professional, absolutely nail each song, and the superior quality of the production which includes wardrobe changes (various Beatles eras) and the Ed Sullivan character added element all results in a fantastic show. Most of all its the music of the Beatles and top quality songs which will live on forever. Club Nokia is actually a pretty great place to see these guys. Go a couple hours early to the LA Live area and grab dinner & drinks at the Yardhouse (easy walking distance to venue), then slide over to Club Nokia for more fun. Add extra time for pre show dining if there are events at Staples and/or Nokia Theater as well. Alot going on down there. This is about The Fab Four though. Would see them again and again.

  • Awesome time

Great concert. Very fun. Fourth time we have been to see the Fab Four.

  • kinda Fab Four

by jeffhSoCal on 2/12/12Club Nokia - Los AngelesRating: 2 out of 5

Still not convinced they are actually playing the instruments (or maybe even singing) live on stage. They spend ost of the time hamming it up for applause. If it wasn't Beatle music it would be unwatchable all togeter. Go see Fab FAUX if you want the real deal

  • Change in personnel?

by xCerberusx on 2/12/12Club Nokia - Los AngelesRating: 4 out of 5

I saw the Fab Four and the same location (Club Nokia), over a year ago. It seemed to both my wife and I that all four of the performers were different individuals. Not that they were bad--just different. These guys were good, but recall the prior show being better. On a personal level only, I prefer more of the older material (the songs before the "Sargeant Pepper" intermission). I wish the "first half" of the show were a bit longer--but again, that's just me.

I had an amazing time! Hope to see them again at the Nokia theater soon (only this time I hope to get seats instead of standing).

  • Fab Four

    by Ladner5 on 12/19/11Hard Rock Live - BiloxiRating: 5 out of 5

They were fabulous! I'm only 34 so I really have nothing to compare them to, but I enjoyed it! I took my girl's 7 & 15 as an early Christmas, they absolutely loved them!

  • Great group

The turn out was not as great as I was expecting, but the whole event was still great. I have been to the Fab Four several times and they always put on a great show.

    by TomMc13 on 12/18/11Hard Rock Live - BiloxiRating: 5 out of 5

An abosolutely great show! If you didn't know it you would think it was the Beatles themselves. A really fun show to attend; our third time to see them. Would highly recommend!

  • Fab Four was the greatest...soooo much fun!!!!

    by Beatlesluvr66 on 12/18/11Hard Rock Live - BiloxiRating: 5 out of 5

The Fab Four was beyond my expectations! Who could not love Beatles songs? Fab Four was so dead-on with the mannerisms, harmony and just everything BEATLES! My husband really enjoyed it as well...he said that the skill of the musicians was well worth seeing and listening to!

  • The best Beatles cover band

by Jetacaster on 12/18/11Hard Rock Live - BiloxiRating: 5 out of 5

Dec 2011 was the fourth time I've seen these guys. Every friend I've ever invited leave blown away. The harmonies, music and mannerisms are down pat. Theses guys play just like the original band and talk just like them. As for singing, IMO, the guy doing Paul sounds 100%, the guy doing John is about 85%, George 90%, Ringo 90% for the line up I saw in Biloxi. These guys far exceed any Beatles cover band out there. Can't wait till they come round again!

Great show! Brought back good memories and the fun times I had in the 60's & 70's

  • fab four great show

    by hammer58 on 12/18/11Hard Rock Live - BiloxiRating: 5 out of 5

This was one of the best shows I have been to in a long time. The band was excellent and they showed great personality after the show by mixing with their fans and not being in a hurry to talk to everyone. I would highly recommend this show for any Beatles fan. Staff at Hard Rock was nice and very helpful.

  • Fab four

by Kadonna on 12/12/11The Paramount - HuntingtonRating: 4 out of 5

This new concert hall is terrific...lighting and ac oustics were very good and the performance was first rate. I had seen other Beetles shows in Atlantic City but this was by far the most professional talented group.

Awesome show!!!! Can't wait to see them again! They sounded fantastic!

  • Fab Four can play (show is too short, though)

by NigelTufnel on 12/12/11The Paramount - HuntingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Great music, great showmanship, great experience. Went with a big group and we all agreed the show was ultimately too short, though. No White Album songs, no Rubber Soul, no Revolver, and only one song from Abbey Road (a great rendition of Here Comes the Sun). Show was 2 hours long, which included a 35 minute intermission. So the overall music time was less than 90 minutes. Nevertheless, the band is awesome and for Beatles afficianados, you will note a great attention to detail in the band's performance. Overall, recommend this show, just don't expect quantity. Also, the show is much more tilted toward early Beatles music.
