  • Excellent Concert

by TeddyOut on 6/26/16PNC Music Pavilion - CharlotteRating: 4 out of 5

Probably the best concert I've seen in the last 5 years and one of the top 5 best concerts I've seen in my lifetime. The guys played for right around 3 hours. Their sound was sharp and clean.

  • Worth the wait

by Anonymous on 6/26/16Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Turns out last Sunday night June 19 was my birthday, couldn't think of a better way to celebrate. The unknown warm-up band from Scotland The Twilight Sad was a huge hit, very gracious and a perfect start to the evening. This was my first time seeing The Cure, been listening to their music since the early 80's. Well worth the ticket cost and wait in seeing them perform after all these years. They played for almost 3 hours, which in today's concert scene is unheard of unless your Springsteen or Billy Joel. The Cure played all their hits and some not so popular song, along with adding a laser light show and moving graphics, Can't say enough about how amazing this show was. I would highly recommend to all age group groups.

  • The Cure still has it

    by craig8811 on 6/26/16PNC Music Pavilion - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

The Cure started right on time, they played for 3 hours and had played 33 songs from their vast catalog. Great show.

  • So incredibly cool...

by Darkbiology on 6/26/16Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

This was a fantastic show. I've seen the Cure many times, and this was so well done. The sound was amazing, the light/stage show was excellent, the venue was impressive, the set-list was really cool and the whole performance was just plain awesome. Even some songs that I was ambivalent about were done so impressively that I found these live versions bringing out new appreciations for those songs.

  • The Cure went deep into their catalog

    by Hokie07 on 6/26/16PNC Music Pavilion - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

I've been watching their set list on this tour and The Cure give their fans 31-33 songs and you never know what you will get from night to night. Unlike other large scale concerts which are heavily choreographed and the set list may only change by just a couple of songs a night, The Cure's set list could be totally different between nights which is what makes this group amazing. For the long time fans, Robert Smith gives you the songs you want to hear as well as songs you didn't know what you wanted to hear. For me, this was the 4th time seeing The Cure and the first time in 20 years. I only wish I could have seen them more on this tour.

  • Best Cure concert!!!!

by swartart on 6/26/16PNC Music Pavilion - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

This was the best Cure concert I have been to. They played for almost 3 hours and had a great mix of old and new music. When they walked out on stage the entire crowd stood up and did not stop dancing and singing along until the end. They had 4 encore performances!

  • The Cure- Better Than Ever

by Jamesfanatic on 6/25/16Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

This concert was a true pleasure form beginning to end. Robert Smith sounds as good as ever and the great keyboards and guitar riffs pulled it all together. I wish that I could have gone to see them again while they were still in town.

  • Do yourself a favor and see The Cure live

by Figuinrox on 6/24/16Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

This is a one of a kind show starting with its length. Visuals are on point; Robert's voice is amazing live and the rest of the band are phenomenal as usual. I've seen hundreds of bands live, but no one comes close to The Cure. I actually saw two shows in a row and they were both very different, so don't hesitate in seeing them more than once if you can.

  • Meh

by ploughman on 6/24/16Madison Square Garden - New YorkRating: 2 out of 5

Not terrible, but somehow lacking passion. Technically, the bass was too heavy, drowning out some of the melodies, but, more importantly, it just seemed to me that Robert Smith was just not that into it. Must be hard to keep the fire burning after so many years, but I did see a great gig by Squeeze recently, and they are every bit as old!

  • The Cure is Amazing

Magically delicious as always!!! Robert Smith will always be in my heart. Grew up with his music that carried me through many hardships and pleasing memories. Wish I could tell him.
