Hysterical show! Can't be sensitive, equal opportunity offender.

Well, quite surprised with the subliminal messages. Very interesting kept me and my mom engaged. Lots of laughter the making fun of issues and bringing them to light was fascinating. I enjoyed it.. Highly recommend it.

We don't understand the raves and awards. Although it is funny,crude, and rude, this is no substitute for creativeness. We weren't offended by the material, nothing can offend us. There are better musical comedies on Broadway, say American in Paris, Jersey Boys, Chicago, Fiddler on the Roof, heck even the Lion King. At least tickets for the Book of Mormon are on Ticketmaster for list prices.

What an amazing combination of dance, song, comedy and irreverence! I haven't enjoyed a show this much in years.

Book of Mormon was absolutely hilarious. It was a lighthearted and fun show, and definitely the most entertaining musical I have seen to date. We sat in the back row of the theatre toward the middle and the seats provided a very good view. There isn't a bad seat in the house it seems.

I live in Puerto Rico and have been going to NYC for the past 20 years with my family for vacation and Broadway plays.....WE HAVE ALL VOTED THAT THE BOOK OF MORMON HAS BEEN OUR FAVORITE ONE OF ALL!!!!!!!!! We will totally see it over and over again.

The Book of Mormon was FANTASTIC! I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but everyone in our group absolutely loved it. The music is catchy and memorable, the characters and performers are excellent, and it was laugh out loud funny all the way through. While I think fans of musicals will love it, this is one musical that will also probably appeal to people who are wary of musicals overall. Give it a chance if you're on the fence - you won't be disappointed!!!

I had fairly lukewarm expectations going into the show - but the music, laughs, and acting were fabulous!!! My family and I had a wonderful time. My youngest daughter said it was the best show she has ever seen. Great cover to cover - creative, brilliantly played!

We went to see the Book Of Morman with our adult children. They Loved it. It was son well done. Music, great. Very innapproiate for younger children.

The show was hilarious. My wife and I laughed the whole way through the show. The performers were fantastic. Besides the singing which we knew they would do well, they also acted great as well. I would recommend any South Park fan to go see this.

The most fabulous staging and Lighting I've ever seen. Worth twice the admission. The unnecessary homosexual elbows in the ribs and actions were offensive to an old straight guy and gal. The gay gags permeated the show and left a bad taste.

Great singing and dancing but not much of a story. It could be offensive to some people.

Cast and crew were great. A few funny moments, but felt like this was all about shock value. With so many great shows to see in NYC, I would not recommend this one.

A smart, funny and unforgettable show. I am a musical lover and was totally taken by this show. My father who usally don't like musicals also loved it! Talented artists and beautiful scenery. SEE IT!!!! It's something else

If you can get past the irreverence and foul language, the play was absolutely hilarious. Every scene was funny. The music, vocals and acting were outstanding. The story paralleled history in a very silly, funny and creative way and it really shed a light on the way extremely poor and oppressed people have a difficult time in having any kind of faith or hope. It was an extremely tremendous feat to take such a very serious subject and make you feel the pain of the people and to get the strong message across about the importance of faith and hope, but in such an entertaining way. Absolutely outstanding.

We were excited to finally get tickets to The Book of Mormon for our recent trip back home. We have a long history of Broadway shows behind us including a family member who had a long career in Broadway music. We were very disappointed that instead of being a sharp, witty social satire, Book of Mormon was a sophomoric, juvenile approach to humor. It was like an episode of South Park and may appeal to those with an unsophisticated sense of humor. The music and dancing were unmemorable. No songs stood out, no voices stood out. It wasn't terrible, but certainly not worth the price we paid.

I heard Matt Stone describe the show in an interview as "a love letter" from an atheist to all religions, or something along those lines, and I know what he meant. Basically, Mormon optimism meets African hardship and hilarity ensues, but also terror, warmth, imagination, and understanding. The music and choreography are excellent. This is a great show. I hope to see it again.

This show is so great I don't know where to start. If South Park humor speaks to you this is a must see. The mormon songs are out of this world and incredibly clever. Warning - if you get easily offended this show is not for you, but you probably know that already.
