Great experience with a performance that was generous with supportive words and positive presence.
Cochran started and was superb. SCC played way longer than we expected and was phenomenal!
From beginning to end and everything in between, we LOVED Steven Curtis Chapman along with Peter, Coby and Joseph! It truly was a “Great Adventure” that Steven took us on. All of his memorable songs from “way back” and his newer releases brought many smiles and tears of joy and emotion. We loved the stories he shared…we laughed and cried. We were completely swept in from the moment his concert started…we didn’t want it to end!! Thank you, Steven Curtis Chapman and all for an evening we will long remember. May God continue to bless you in all you do. ❤️
The wonderful night started with being picked as the Hoyt Sherman’s golden guest complete with drink tickets and gift cards. That was just the beginning. SCC put on an amazing show! I love his music and his message.
SSC never fails to inspire with his music from the heart.
Hoyt Sherman in Des Moines IA was a great place to have a concert by Steven Curtis Chapman. We had great seats, the music was wonderful & he does such a great job entertaining the whole crowd. Super thankful for such a wonderful spiritual concert. I bought the tickets with the meet & greet but didnt receive the info on it, so we missed it. Everything else was wonderful!!
Steven Curtis Chapman barely played anything it was all acoustic and all he did was talk about his book and he turned it into a church service. It was so boring. What a waste of money.
A wonderful time. Remembering some old hits, some done in a new way, and getting touched by the memories of how Steven's songs have walked with me through this Christian journey. Brought a friend who was not familiar with SCC's music and he had a great time. Blessings!
Steven Curtis Chapman is a Legend and it was an honor to see him in concert. His music has transcended generations and he still puts on a great show and gives God the glory. Don’t miss the chance to see him!
Wonderful Christian Music by a great singer. Have followed him for years and was very sad when their little girl was killed accidently. Mary Beth's book was a real blessing. They are a wonderful family.
My friend and I really enjoyed watching the SCC Concert on April 14 at Liberty Hall in Lawrence (KS). He did a fabulous job combining the sharing of both stories and music. He tapped into our nostalgia while also sharing some new music. That said, the venue was not that great. We were on folding chairs and, since we were in the back row of the main floor, we could hear all the workers talking, laughing, etc. throughout the concert, which really took away from being able to focus on the stage. I would definitely see SCC again, just not at Liberty Hall in Lawrence (KS).
I have a great appreciation for Steven Curtis Chapman. Fifty #1 hits! He is a great storyteller and uses humor to weave great tales in between his songs. I appreciated this concert 100%. The Liberty Hall is beautiful venue.
SCC was amazing! The sound and song choice for this concert was just incredible. We had a blast and even though the seats/venue wasn't the most comfortable...we were sad when it had to end! He is personable, humble, and his story telling with the songs and about them always leave us feeling like a friend he just confided in. We always try to see him whenever he is close to KC!
Down to earth, sings from his heart, relates real life challenges
Steven Curtis Chapman provides a moving musical experience. His guitar playing and voice are better than ever. He humbly plays his biggest hit songs in an intimate acoustic style with humor and a message.
Steven Curtis Chapman was incredible live!! We loved every minute!
It was such a great experience just being there. Thank you for everything. It was a blessing
Steven was so very inspiring himself & his music & the lyrics toyched my heart in a special way..My aunt is dying as I type this with cancer..She is very special to me..I bought his poster with the lyrics of " Dont Lose Heart" on it; so in troubled times I can read the lyrics & find the strength to carry on..
The Stephen Curtis Chapman concert was a blast...people who think Christians don't have fun are sadly mislead. The meet and greet beforehand was cool...Mr Chapman is very personable!
Steven certainly has too many great hits to perform them all, but did a good job playing short versions of most all of them. Enjoyed the show and getting a chance to meet him. Humble servant of God!
