by Lilac93 on 5/29/25GIANT Center - HersheyRating: 5 out of 5My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. She is a huge Ice Skating fan and knew all the skaters involved. I was familiar with most of the music and enjoyed singing along. All skaters were great and there were also some funny skits.
Show great, hotel nearby exorbitant!

In the past, I have spoken to attendees that have traveled long distances and would need to spend the night at a nearby hotel in Hershey. Unfortunately, the local hotels have jacked their prices up to exorbitant levels, thereby hurting attendance at this event. I stayed in Lititz, PA, where the price was slightly less, but it was the start of the Memorial Day Weekend. This year, there were only six US shows, so many fans missed out. I wonder if Stars In Ice could work with local Chamber of Commerce to see if they can influence hotels to moderate their rates that I am sure decrease all of the performances at the Giant Center, Hershey Theater and amusement park, etc.
