STAIND IN CONCERT:
With three consecutive No. 1 albums of anthemic nu metal in the '00s, Staind became one of the most successful alt-rock groups of the decade. Blending muscular guitar shredding and singer Aaron Lewis's emotional, melodic lyrics, the band's impressive live shows span their entire discography, treating fans to studio-perfect renditions of their biggest hits alongside alternative, countrified versions of songs like "Mudshovel."
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Formed in Massachusetts in 1994, Staind started out playing hard rock covers in local clubs before self-releasing their 1996 debut Tormented. While they only pressed four thousand copies, the album garnered enough attention to land them a deal with Flip Records and the production assistance of Limp Bizkit's Fred Durst for their 1999 follow-up Dysfunction. The album received favorable reviews and drew comparisons to nu metal legends like Korn, but its reception paled in comparison to 2001's Break the Cycle, an international No. 1 and multi-platinum smash. The band's next four albums would all land in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200, establishing an impressive catalog of hits and building anticipation for the band's rumored return to the studio in 2014.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Staind was unbelievable. The band sounded amazing. Aaron's voice gives you chills live. They played everything...They even played quite a few new songs which they totally killed on."
"Staind dug deeply into their classics to get the crowd going. Aaron Lewis was great and seemed to be having fun during an audience participation sequence. Staind played every song I wanted to hear plus more so I left very satisfied."
"I expected a top flight show from Staind and got it...they exceeded my expectations. They had a great mix of hard and soft music; all Staind."

Amazing show as always - one of the only bands who sounds better live than on CD- Aaron Lewis sounded awesome
It was awesome. It was my second time seeing STAIND in concert and the venue is so clean. It reminds me of a smaller version of Red Rocks. The atmosphere at this concert and venue was perfect.
I've seen Staind about 5 or 6 times. Going again later this year. This band always is a great show
This was an amazing show!! Great openers, Tim Montana and Saint Asonia! Seether rocked our facesđ¤đźđđź Then STAINDđđź, they ROCKED!! What a super incredible show! Love to hear my favorite songs live!!! They played some of the best. Sounded fantastic. Really enjoyed the evening.đ
Excellent show! We loved the venue and Staind was phenomenal! I'd love to see them again!!
The venue was the most beautiful place that I have ever seen a concert. Seether opened and was amazing. Staind was good, over all great evening!
I have loved Staind for a very long time but had never got the opportunity to see them live in concert. This concert was great, they sounded so good! They played with other bands that I also enjoyed, so bonus! It was my first time at this venue in Franklin, and let me tell you how beautiful it is! Great atmosphere, clean grounds and restrooms and friendly staff. I will most definitely be going back!
I have seen Aaron Lewis by himself a few times and was really excited to see him again with STAIND..It was an awesome concert!!!
The lighting for the show was professionally done, timing and all. The sound was spectacular!!! There was no dead time during th show. The crew got each band set up with precision and speed. I am 37 andmh wife is 32 and this as our first concert. It was definitely something to check off of my bucket list!!! Worth every dollar!
Amazing show. Aaron Lewis is an amazing talent. His music is phenomenal. His voice is truly amazing. Hearing him live was just like listening to the cd while riding a country backroad with windows down and a cold drink. Seether definitely amazing talent as well. Will definitely see them again soon hopefully.
The band itself sounded great but whoever put there set list together missed it. They should have started with a high energy, popular, song like Mudshovel to get the crowd invested. Throw your other stuff in the middle then encore with your biggest hit. Itâs not rocket science but putting your top three hits at the end wasnât the best idea. I actually watched people leave during the encore and missed what they probably came for. My daughter and I gave it a C+ for that reason.
Great live and sound better than ever. The music venue at Franklin had amazing acoustics
The opening bands, Tim Monyana, Saint Asonia, and Seethet were absolutely amazing. Staind was a disappointment. They had a hard time keeping the crowds attention, let alone getting the crowd to interact with them. Complete and total silence between songs, and they hardly did anything to interact with the crowd themselves. Whoever set this up for them the way the did. Messes up big time. Their only saving grace was when they started doing their older music half way to threw quarters of the way through their performance. A good bit of people started leaving during their performance. That says another right there considering they were the Headliner band. They needed a better performance.
Didnât realize staind wouldnât come out until over 3 hours after show started, the amphitheater where it was, seating was uncomfortable for that long of event 5hours, we ended up leaving early
Seether and Staind did NOT disappoint! Sounded amazing and this concert is in my top favorites! Loved it!
Been a fan of Staind since 1999. Never got a chance to see them until now. Exceeded my expectations and Aaron Lewis still has one of the best voices in rock!
Me and my boyfriend came from Louisiana to catch the Seether and Staind show and it was well worth the drive....would definitely see them again..
I loved everything about this experience. The venue was great. Seether, Saint Asonia, & Staind rocked
This concert was everything i expected and then some! All the bands were awesome and I am so glad to see more rock concerts come to town.
