Spring awakening was probably the best concert/rave I've been to. I would recommend not getting there right when it opens because your exhausted by the end of the day. There was plenty of space for everyone and tons of security so your safe. They had a lot of djs and the biggest names were there. I must say I was really tired and exhausted by Sunday night and I didn't rave much on the main stage. I recommend this to everyone who likes to rave and party.
I have been to this festival every year since its started and is always a grea time the only down fall this year they got really greedy and were charging 12 dollars for a beer and 6.50 for a water that's just drown right robbery. But I would not miss this festival for that reason and I will be back next year for sure
Incredible. Definitely recommend if you're a fan of electronic music. Atmosphere is unreal.
I had the best day of my life.. and the second best day of my life.. ALL IN ONE WEEKEND.. Some of the music was a little hardcore trap for me but the atmosphere from the crowd was unbelievable and it made the experience unforgettable
The event was awesome, payed for the three day VIP access, was not so sure at first if the VIP access pass was worth it at first but ended up liking the perks it had in the end. Considered that VIP should be a little closer to stage compared to General Admission, having a dedicated area on each stage was great, the entrance for VIP guests at day one was a bit messy(General Admission was accessing the soldier field much faster), but nexts days things worked much better. Talking about the concert itself, people where great! Artists played there best hits, its more artists than one can handle to be honest.
This event was my first music festival and it was absolutely unforgettable. The good vibes and people are beautiful. If you ever get the chance to experience it. Please do it.
It was amazing! Best show I've been to in a long time! ZEDD, JACK U! HARDWELL! UMMETT OZCAN! AFROJACK! TIESTO! THE CHICAGO SKYLINE on the walk back to hotel was beautiful!
Spring awakening was amazing. I've had lots of fun and enjoyed myself. I've met new people. We drinked and danced. I've had the best weekend and the best time of my life. Thank you! (:
The event was amazing. Definitely lots of dancing and jumping. Meet new people and partied with them by talking and knowing each other. We drinked and danced. This was the best weekend I've had.
I can't get over how great SAMF is. THE MUSIC!!! Personally, I couldn't care less about the party culture, but the MUSIC is fantastic!! Imagine that feeling, when you drive up to soldier field, and suddenly there's epic bass rumbling through your car. THAT'S when you know someone's doing it right. They had a great set this year, and I even can now say I've been within 50 feet of SKRILLEX lol even my grandma knows him! I only attended on Saturday because I didn't want to pay for all of it (If there's anything negative I have to say about SAMF, its that WOW it's too expensive), but I still lived it up! The stadium was packed, I saw Jack U and Diplo and others! Every artist has a unique set, so the key is finding artists you like! Also, the food was delicious, even though it cost an arm and a leg.... Anyway, music? Yes. Atmosphere? yup. People wearing crazy awesome costumes? YES. Epic Bass? YAS. Good food? Check. SAMF is a go!
The party was incredible! A little cheap on the setting but muscular and people were awesome :) I just wish I did all the 3 days
I wish I could have gone for all 3 days of this festival because it was truly a life changing experience. The people were great, the music was incredible and I absolutely cannot wait to return again next year and probably every year to come!
This was my first major festival. I had previously only gone to a few shows, Datsik on New Years Eve and Lookas, but boy this was just incredible. Ton's of amazing people playing, the only problem was some of the biggest names were playing at the same time and could have been better coordinated to have the bigger names playing back-to-back on the main stage, but I guess everybody can't have all of the their favorites on one.
This was my first rave, and I had a blast! I am already planning on buying tickets for SAMF 2016! I had a great time, even though my feet hurt from dancing and walking all day in Chicago! If I didn't have a son, I would totally go all three days and go to a hotel!
I'm attending this venue this year and noticed there isn't camping there, but the site says there is no re-entry. Do you have to get a hotel to sleep or is there a place and come back?
the music was amazing, the people were great! One of the best weekends of my life no doubt! and also the food was so good, it tasted like the food you get at baseball games haha! :)
Soldier Field is an amazing venue for a festival. The crowd was very young this year, but perfect for college students and below.
Overall very good and will definitely go again. Only issues were drinks were far too expensive and the audio was set so that bass overpowered everything else
The best weekend so far this summer. It definitely did not disappoint!
