  • Six Rocks!

by SciGuy on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Bad weather on the way in did not hinder our excitement. The music, the dancing and even the music volume was just right. If it were not for the obnoxious 20somethings behind us yelling out and giggling the entire show, I would have REALLY loved it.

  • Best Show Ever!

    by Fizzie13 on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome show! The entire cast was excellent and obviously enjoying performing for the very enthusiastic DC audience. Would see this show again!

  • If only i could give it 6 stars

by Great show on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Six stars!!! Just an amazing production and story telling. The playful banter and shade makes the music even more enjoyable. No intermission so just be ready to rock the entire time. If seeing this show in DC at National Theater, I would not recommend parking at a government building due to having to pass through security check points after the show.

  • Fantastic!

by Tom B on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

A fantastic show! The cast and band have exceptional talent and delivered tremendous energy in presenting a memorable theatrical experience. Brava!

  • The Herstory lesson not taught at school

by cerulean on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Jasmine Forsberg (as Jane Seymour) is a force and Kelsee Kimmel (as Catherine Parr) left me with goosebumps. Wonderful costume design, with shoes that will leave you wondering...how do these talented actors dance to these catchy songs night after night? Amazing. Brava to the entire cast and crew! The National Theatre opens one hour before. Can't thank the tremendous theatre staff enough for suggesting Mezzanine ticket holders lounge on the fourth floor before indoor doors open. 80 minute runtime with no intermission.

  • Loved every minute. Could see it again.

Singing and dancing were wonderful and personalities shone through. They were adorable.

  • Jam packed show!

by Holly L. on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

I was disappointed after getting the tickets to see the show was only 80 minutes but after actually seeing it, it felt like it was the perfect length. It was jam packed every minute and so fun! The touring cast is fantastic!!

  • Amazing concept and performances

    by t8te on 7/19/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

This was such a great show. The history was cool, but the singing was amazing! Definitely check it out!

  • Entertaining but story was weak

by Lcmazzit on 7/18/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Music was great and this was a very fun and entertaining show. Story line however was not clear if you didn’t have st least some basic background on the six wives. My husband was pretty much lost and I had to keep explaining who was who and the context of their individual stories - which unfortunately I thought missed the mark. If the story is not so important to you and you just want a fun show, then you will enjoy!

  • SIX is a TEN

by Char on 7/18/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Phenomenal performance of a cleverly feminist reconceived and revisited history. These six performers were so engaging and connected to the audience. And their talents in singing and dancing and acting are primo.

by Tick on 7/17/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 4 out of 5

Show had great music and dancing. The lighting was amazing but it could have done with having a bit more of a story.

  • A great experience

by Denny on 7/17/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

The show was outstanding. The tempo of Six really moved . The dancing was terrific with many original steps.

  • Six Touring Company

    by 10SChick on 7/17/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

The musical was wonderful—the venue, the actresses and the band! However, only accepting “mobile ticket”—I..e no hard copy or e-mailed printed copy provided—confirmation was EXTREMELY off putting!! A lot of people do not have smart phones with “app downloadable” capabilities thus making it impossible to attend the event. You NEED TO GIVE PEOPLE OPTIONS!!

  • SIX - even better than imagined!

    by LyndyB83 on 7/16/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

The concept, storyline, cast, music/lyrics, lighting and stagecraft was FLAWLESS!! The best show I have seen in years, well before the pandemic!!

  • FABULOUS!!!

by Joan H. on 7/16/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

This touring company was amazing! We enjoyed every second of the performance. I have already told so many of my friends to go and see it in DC. A++++++

  • MUST SEE THEATRE!!!

by Beth on 7/16/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

I LOVED it!! I took my mom with me, and we both thought it was so much FUN. Outstanding music, incredible dance moves, and a great (fun) story. Did I mention how much fun it was? I’ve already told cousins in Tampa that this is a must-see when the tour is there in November!

  • It gave me chills

by Steph on 7/16/22The National Theatre - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Such a fun show - fun pop songs, a cool way to learn some history, plenty of girl power, and vocal talent that is off the charts. I got chills multiple times during this show. I’m seeing it twice in one week it was that much fun! Also the perfect length.

  • Great musics fun!
