    Shelby Lynne and Allison Moorer

by Ahmataz on 11/8/17Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra Beach

These sisters can sing! Great musicians, great sound, and great songs. A high level show, but only an hour and twenty minutes long with no encore. The appreciative audience wanted much more, The performance was 5 stars, but a few more songs please.

    Wonderful show!

by Primemate on 11/8/17Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra Beach

Wonderful show! The only way it could’ve been any better is if they had played a little longer. Sibling harmonies were spot on, song selection was great, band was superb. I hope for their success in the future. They are worth going to see!

    Beautiful harmonies and great show

by AOCpa on 11/6/17Ponte Vedra Concert Hall - Ponte Vedra Beach

Beautiful singers; great band; intimate venue. It was a wonderful evening. Great interpretations of Not Dark Yet and Silver Wings, and loved their stories and songs about Alabama.

    Sisters

by Opos on 8/30/17Birchmere - Alexandria

Amazing story...and they are seamless in their harmonies and their musical relationship.. Seeing them is like seeing a little play about their lives. Really unusual and very good show.

    What a show!

    by t4duke on 8/30/17Birchmere - Alexandria

Fabulous harmonies, tight band, awesome lead guitar and a near-perfect venue lead to an amazing evening of music. I recommend seeing them live and grabbing a copy of the new album.

Nice voices and stage presence. However, I thought the music was repetitive as were the themes. I liked the heavy rock numbers the least but I don't think it belongs in a country genre. but that is the state of country music today.

Get a meet and greet in your city with Shelby

    by Ally67 on 6/3/15Variety Playhouse - Atlanta

i haven't listened to her much since the days of the Rosie show, i miss the Rosie show- by far the best variety show of its time--best light-hearted fun time - 3-4 eastern standard time Greatest show since Mike Douglas and Merv Griffin I respect her true admiration for people in the limelight, and big movie stars - loves the Cruise guy !!! i know nothing about country music and dont like it yet anyone would enjoy this persons music- lot of styles all messed up into her own. Classic album the initial one! You have to admire someone whose gone thru a tumultuous life event and rose above it to become one of the best in her art.

Shelby left it all on the stage! Unbelievable!

I've never seen her more vulnerable or heard her voice more perfect! The band was amazing, too!

Original Bad Ass Alt Country Chick!

by Rufus4 on 5/17/15The Concert Hall - New York

I have a been a fan of Shelby Lynne ever since her breakout record, I Am Shelby Lynne. She has one of the most beautiful voices today, capable of going from a whisper to a loud, soaring upper register which is all performed effortlessly. Her band rocks and harmonizes wonderfully. I was very impressed by the musicianship. The set started with about 10 songs that were new. Once she started singing material I recognized, a strange thing occurred, she said the lights were going to be lowered so there could be an intermission and she literally stood onstage with her band in the dark. It was one of the strangest shows I've ever seen. I must also mention that I was a little concerned at her appearance, she's way to thin. Shelby, PLEASE EAT, make sure that you're getting nutrition and LOVE yourself.

    Fancy

by Exrel on 5/17/15The Concert Hall - New York

Shelby is very talented, but new release, from which she played many titles, not her best. Concert Hall venue very cool, but acoustics were not great. Difficult to hear her excellent band, and Shelby's beautiful voice. While enjoyable, a little lackluster overall.

Shelby Lynne and Band kick butt !

by Mehaz on 5/17/15The Concert Hall - New York

For the first half of the show, she played her new album "I Can't Imagine" in order. During the first song or two, it did very little for me, however, it really picked up from there, with great Allmanesque guitar solos, rockers, ballads, whatever, and was actually more interesting to me than the second half. She is one of the few artists who can hold the crowd in her hand as she winds down a slower number to a whisper the way Van Morrison can, with her patented arms extending out in a Christ-like fashion. She ended the first half with a rousing version of "Your Lies" from the iconic album "I Am Shelby Lynne." For the second half, she played the balance of that album in order, with "Thought It Would Be Easier" among many highlights and she threw in some goodies at the end, where she received an extended, and well deserved, standing ovation.

    Not so good

by MrMojoRisin69 on 5/17/15The Concert Hall - New York

Saw Shelby many times, usually great. This time she looked wasted and the band was underwhelming. Maybe later in the tour after they have played together longer they will be better. Love Shelby anyway,

    Shelby Lynne is the best!

by BronxMama on 5/17/15The Concert Hall - New York

The Concert Hall is a special venue and I felt fortunate to see a show there. Shelby Lynne's voice is soaring and a treat to our ears but in this venue it was AMAZING. All seats are good and sight lines are great.

    Acoustic Amen!

by wbrente on 1/28/12Duling Hall - Jackson

Personal, beautiful, stripped & perfect. Amazing show of acoustic story-telling. There wasn't a song performed that wasn't heart-felt and beautiful but my favorite was probably acoustic Jesus On A Greyhound. It was also nice to have her start the show by performing her newest album, Revelation Road, in its entirety prior to bringing out some old favorites. The highlight for me was when Shelby handed me her guitar pic at the end of the show. ...Oh, and getting to meet her for a few seconds when she came out for a meet-and-greet. A night I'll never forget.

    Shelby was fantastic!

    by NNP1 on 1/26/12Duling Hall - Jackson

The venue was great, as it was more intimate and felt more personal. The opening act was Grayson Capps, and he was hilarious and extremely talented! Shelby herself was as haunting as ever. She did an acoustic solo show....just her and the guitar. That girl can sing!. Wowzers! It was a very soulful and personal show. I very much wish that I had a live recording of the entire show. I love everything Shelby does, but her live performances are just far superior to any album recording..... I enjoyed the whole experience very much, and would come back and watch any show there again, especially her! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

    Shelby Lynne was amazing

by Beauxregard on 1/26/12Duling Hall - Jackson

I've always known she had one of the best voices in the business, but she's an exceptional guitar player as well. Toss in the fact that she's also one of the brightest and most talented song writers in the industry and you have the trifecta of a perfect show. If you ever get a chance to see her, do it.
