Excellent show. My granddaughter loved the show. I would go back to see this show.
My son loved it had great seats, no one blocking his view, the day went perfect.
Outstanding Live Sesame Street "Make A Friend" Show !!
If you have a little one who is a fan get the sunny seats Well worth it. Lots of one on one
The show was great! My son is almost 2.5 and LOVES Sesame Street. We got floor seats and at intermission, moved to the balcony seats. I recommend being higher up for little ones, it's easier for them to see the whole stage. The first half, he enjoyed, but kept trying to stand to see. The second half, he sat the entire time. Balloons-everyone loves them! However, as lights went on for intermission, they walked down the aisle with Elmo/Cookie Monster balloons. Of course, all kids wanted one. We stood in line only to be told (at the front) they were TEN DOLLARS... WHAT?! I understand these shows have mark ups, but come on! We declined and purchased a stuffed character for $17. I would've given 5 stars, because the show was unforgettable, but the balloon ordeal really upset me and my little guy.
This is my first time seeing Sesame Street live and my 2 y/o enjoyed it. Surprisingly, it was also more fun than my husband thought it would be. They did a joyful parody of Maroon 5's Moves Like Jagger and the show had energy, dancing and friendship
My son had a great time at the show! we did the meet and greet and he was so excited to meet the characters. The souvenirs are very pricey but overall well worth sitting front row.
Wife and I took out granddaughter to this show and we all had a blast. The show's content was wonderful and the length of the show was just right.
The venue was beautiful, the show was great, and it was the perfect length of time. The only "complaint was there were two times that they released a popper with confetti string which was really neat but startled my almost 2 year old. Other/most kids loved it! We were a couple of rows from the front and we were so happy that we were because when the characters would come down off of the stage, they would wave and shake hands with the kids right there and along the aisles. I loved that there were kids dancing in the aisles! We will definitely go back when it comes back to the area!
The kiddos were allowed and encouraged to get up and dance. Super interactive and fun show, and the story was engaging as well.
Great for kids. My two year old doesn't sit still long, but it keeps their attention for awhile and their is an intermission which is good.
I was very excited to bring my 3 year old to the "Make a New Friend" show because my son loved Elmo's Dance Party last year. However, the "Make a New Friend" was a little disappointing. First of all, the sound quality at the Fox was terrible. There was a lot of dialogue and it sounded muffled, especially over the talking. Preschoolers and babies talk a lot, it is expected and encouraged at an event such as that...I am down with it completely. The problem is that last year, the level of sound and clarity of sound were adjusted so it sufficient to make the chatter be background noise. There were times were I couldn't hear what the characters were saying and my son had difficulty following. Also, the story line had three themes and I think it was difficult for children to absorb. I think they should keep it simple. All in all, my son had a good time but he wasn't nearly as engaged as he was at the Elmo Dance Party.
My 3 kids loved Sesame Street live! And you can bring your own snacks and drinks. It was about 90 mins with a 15 min intermission. My kids ages 1-3 talked about it for days. Thanks!
The show had a very positive message and my older child really enjoyed the plot. My younger child liked the singing and dancing. My only suggestions are to have more familiar songs like the Let's Dance show has mixed into the new songs, and to have more engagement with the audience. Only two characters came into the aisles and very briefly up front.
What an awesome show for my two-year-old she was thoroughly entertained! We attended the very first show and the last show. Plenty of excitement, dancing and singing. Cookie monster was by far my favorite his dance moves where all that
We had a wonderful time. The interaction with the characters was unexpected. They frequently walked down the aisles and greeted the kids. The giant ball throw at the end was fun. If I was to suggest any changes I would recommend doing the ball toss at intermission and we were so engrossed in the balls and the streamer cannons going off we missed watching the last song....for all I know the stage was empty we were having so much fun. Nice light selection of food. Cookies were super messy... very warm and chocolaty! The helium balloons were great but they are sold at intermission then HAD to be stored under the seat so no to obstruct others views. Would highly recommend. We took our 2 year old grandson and had a fantastic time
We have enjoyed Elmo since my daughter was almost 3. Both my almost 5 yo and my newly 3 had a wonderful time.
The show was great as usual and kept my 6 and 2 year old on there feet the whole time. The venue and the concession was a different thing this is a show for children and families so I really think it didn't need to serve alcohol at the concession stand. Would rather it be back at the Scottrade center like it used to be.
My grand daughter LOVED the show! We also did the meet and greet before the show and would highly recommend it to anyone that has an Elmo fan in their house. She had a blast!!!
Soooo much better than last few shows I have taken the kids to. Best songs, best finally, great sound, etc. Really got it down on how show works at this place. Loved being able to pay for close and safe parking. Knew where I was going before I got there. Thank you!!!
