    Fun night

    by M. H. on 1/1/19Moore Theatre - Seattle

It was a really fun night, even though i didn’t really know the music of Pink Floyd. You could see that the orchestra is a really good team and that they had fun playing the show. That join transfered to the audience and brought them a good time.

    Great experience

    by D. T. on 1/1/19Moore Theatre - Seattle

No wonder the SRO has a following....they blow the roof off! If you haven’t seen them it’s hard to explain. They get sounds from instruments that you wouldn’t think possible. I usually don’t like “tribute” concerts but whatever they play they make their own. You can tell they’re having fun.

    Excellent, loved it

by Jh on 1/1/19Moore Theatre - Seattle

Excellent rendition of Pink Floyd. Enjoyed the many different instruments which were played to create the unique sounds. Singers were excellent. Moore Theatre is a great intimate place to hear a band.

    SRO was incredible

    by nonickname16 on 5/17/18Moore Theatre - Seattle

This was our first visit to the Moore theater in Seattle and the first time listening to and seeing the Seattle Rock Orchestra. They played all the Beatles number one hits including "Hey Jude" which brought the house down. Incredible voices and incredible musicians. Will never forget this performance.

    Did they even rehearse together?

by AntonioJ on 5/16/18Moore Theatre - Seattle

This was the worst quality show that SRO has ever put on. The orchestra mostly did fine, but the lead singers repeatedly missed their entrances and had to read the lyrics off their music stands, botching it on several occasions. This was more of a dress rehearsal than a concert, but in front of a theater packed with paying customers. You gotta do better, people!

    Awesome Show

by RankerX on 5/15/18Moore Theatre - Seattle

The show was incredible. The Orchestra is so into the music and having fun, dueling violins, dancing in their chairs. It makes me want to be up on stage and part of the fun they are having. The singers are absolutely fantastic and just seem to be the fab 4 themselves. They work so well together. The only complaint I have is I purchased seats up close and they were folding chairs that were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend sitting in front of row B because of this. I was very thankful for intermission. I will be looking for more concerts by the SRO and will be attending again and again.

the show was great, but the crowd was extremely rude and obnoxious. Will not come to Seattle or the Moore to see another concert.

    Brilliant seattle rock Orchestra!

by Koriejane on 5/17/17Moore Theatre - Seattle

The orchestra was amazing! Also the vocals of Tamara Powers-Drutis doing the Beatles was just about perfect!

Seattle Rock Orchestra performs The Beatles

by GWMcC on 5/17/17Moore Theatre - Seattle

Had not heard about this group, but like The Beatles. Rousing performance, high energy, very well rehearsed and delivered. Had realization that they did a live performance of Magical Mystery Tour, Sgt. Pepper Band albums. Ironically, the Beatles never did perform them live on tours. The orchestra, along with conductor, electric guitarist and 4 very in tune singers, provided a wonderful Mother's Day afternoon, with nostalgia and a great gift of music. Thank you.

Seattle Rocks Symphony Plays the Beatles Good!

by JennyWenny on 5/17/17Moore Theatre - Seattle

I would recommend this show, and I plan on seeing it again next year; when they play a different set list of Beatles hit songs. The only complaint I have is; I think the vocal microphones are a bit too loud, and it drowns out the symphony instruments a bit. My other complaint was in regards to the one and only male vocalist; I did not enjoy his singing, and I hope they find a new make vocalist. The current guy has a terrible singing voice.

    Amazing Show!!

    by Bernster23 on 5/17/17Moore Theatre - Seattle

My boyfriend and I go to a lot of concerts in Seattle and Portland and this was one of the best shows we have ever been to! We are both big Beatles fans so enjoyed the music and the way that the orchestra really made the songs sound similar to the records. And to top it off, The Moore Theater is beautiful! We will definitely check out some more SRO Concerts in the future!

    Lively

by DahliaB on 5/17/17Moore Theatre - Seattle

Attended with my partner and his mom (a huge Beatles fan) for Mother's Day. Really enjoyable. Had mixed feelings with "Magical Mystery Tour", but good show from there. The orchestra was fantastic, and vocals ranged from "okay" to "great". This may be more reflective of personal preference than the arragement, per se.
