This was so much fun. The music and sound effects are amazing. The organ player was fantastic, it's worth just coming to hear him play. The audience really got into the movie. We watched a 102 year old movie that was still halrious today!
All around amazing evening. The live organ turned an already wonderful program into an unexpectedly emotional experience knowing that we were watching these films the way the were intended to be seen. Dana Stevens' pre-show remarks were concise and provided perfect context for the films. As always, the theater is a beautiful venue and thank you for bringing SMM back!!
This was really an enjoyable evening. Watching Buster Keaton on the big screen with the live organ music was just wonderful. The pop corn was good and the audience fantastic. My only complaint, the seats did not have enough leg room ... a great Monday night outing!
Loved the film and live score. Wished the presenter didn’t give such an in depth analysis before film (40+ min.) and either save it to the end or just have faith that the audience can pick out obvious things in the film. Overall great experience and thank you for providing this for our community.
