Sarah McLachlan became one of most distinctive female vocalists after breaking out in the ’90s behind singles such as “Building a Mystery” and “I Will Remember You.” The Halifax, Nova Scotia native released her debut album Touch in 1988 and logged her first Hot 100-charting singles with 1994’s Fumbling Towards Ecstasy. Her 1997 effort Surfacing debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and hosted her three highest-charting Hot 100 singles: “Building a Mystery,” at No. 13, “Adia” at No. 3 and “Angel” at No. 4. The album went on to win two Grammy Awards. Surfacing also coincided with the first Lilith Fair, the wildly successful all-female touring festival co-founded and hosted by McLachlan that took place from 1997 through 1999 and became the top-grossing music festival of the late-’90s. 2003’s Afterglow marked McLachlan’s third consecutive Top 10 album, and she maintained that streak with studio albums released through 2014’s Shine On. McLachlan has won 12 JUNO Awards and in 2017 was inducted into The Canadian Music Hall of Fame.

I have loved Sarah since my teens. She speaks to my soul! She continues to be my favourite! This was my third concert of hers. Amazed by her talent!
This was the second concert I've gone to with Sarah as the performer. This latest concert was one of the best I have seen since I started going to concerts in 2018. The opening act: Tiny Habits, was a very pleasant discovery for me. I did not know about them, but I do know now. They are really good. Then came the concert. You get some of her post FTE music. Something from her new album to get you interested. Then she dove into Fumbling. Just straight through one of the best albums to come out that year. Then, when you thought she was done, she brings out Tiny Habits and they sing with her. All told we had 24 songs just from Sarah. Tiny Habits did several of theirs, and a cover of Alone. If you are into good vocals, and good musicianship, this is the concert to go to. If you are on the fence, I urge you to get a ticket.
Sarah was absolutely phenomenal! Her voice is breathtaking and you can feel her energy and passion for her art! Even the band that fronted for her, Little Habits, were exceptional! Everything was first class from the talent, the venue, the seats, and the concert support personnel.
Fumbling Towards Ecstasy 30th Anniversary Tour is nothing short of exquisite! From beginning to end the performance was nostalgic hearing such a memorable album be played in its entirety. There were also surprises from other albums along the way. Highly recommend this tour...the band is outrageously talented & of course Sarahs voice brought the house down! Having seen Sarah Mclachlan many times over her illustrious career- this show was by far my favorite!
We had the sound check VIP and it was a unique and interesting experience. Made the musicians feel like real people and gave us a glimpse into their world. Sarah sounded just like the album I played on repeat in high school. Better than expected.
Absolutely fantastic, Sarah ALWAYS delivers! Absolutely fantastic, Sarah ALWAYS delivers! Absolutely fantastic, Sarah ALWAYS delivers! Absolutely fantastic, Sarah ALWAYS delivers!
Great voice. Great venue (although a smaller venue is always better) and good return on the ticket price. Booking the seats and parking was easy.
Sarah is absolutely amazing! She was the soundtrack for my youth and her songs still resonate with me today. She has the voice of an angel and such range! Tiny Habits were a great choice as her opening act.
Sarah’s performance was stellar! The band was phenomenal, the sound and lights added the right ambiance while still keeping the show intimate
Amazing and intimate. I would attend again in a heart beat.
Her show was amazing loved how she engaged with the audience and how authentic the stories she told was one of the best shows ive seen in along time enjoyed every minute I wish more artists were just like her real.
Sarah and Tiny Habits were absolutely amazing. Sarah is a magical performer and we enjoyed the whole concert! I have always wanted to see her in concert, and I am so glad she was in Edmonton and it was a wonderful evening.
Sarah Mclachlan still has it after all these years. Her voice is angelic, and she actually sings! The evening was a perfect date night for us and our seats were decent. I'm looking forward to the new Saddledome as the seating in the current one is awful, my seat was lopsided, so I moved to another seat cause no one was there. It would have been really nice to have the jumbotron screens show Sarah Mclachlan's performance so viewers can watch it from all 4 sides. Her show had screens at the front of the stage only. I think that would be my only suggestion.
One of the best concerts I have ever been to. Sarah is stunning….her voice, her presence, her everything! She is AMAZING!
My friend and I had such a good experience getting through the gates and to our seats for the amazing Sarah Maclaughlin concert. We don't get to Edmonton for concerts very often. But we just might make it more of a habit now.
Sarah McLachlan was incredible. The setlist, her talent and (surprisingly) the sound in Roger’s Place (which is usually hit or miss).
Sarah Mclachlan still has an amazing voice! Her performance was incredible. I highly recommend it for all ages.
My first time doing a VIP soundcheck experience..if was great being up close and personal seeing that.. it would be nice if the pub opened a little earlier than 630 so we didn't feel rushed to get to the concert after. Sarah McLachlan put on an awesome show and very engaing with the audience.
The sound was excellent, Sarah's voice was incredible and her interaction with the audience was great. All the hits, some new very good stuff too which was nice. One of the best concerts I have been to this year and I have been to many.
