Good show! Kept the kids glued to their seats. Only problem was the cost of the treats ($12 for cotton candy!?) Otherwise I would highly recommend it.

The circus was a great show, however it was NOT worth us paying more money for "better" seats. Because of where the majority of the show was on the floor, we could not see a lot of the performers. We could not even see the tight rope walkers at all. During the intermission was a good part. The clowns came over and talked to us, and actually gave my son a souvenir. But I would NOT pay that money for those seats ever again!
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey: Zing Zang Zoom
by drawde4 on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 3 out of 5Pricing too high for family event. Merchandise is way overpriced. $10.00 for a sno cone. $20.00 for a $4.99 toy Will not go again at these prices.
Unbelievable Magic Experience
by smashmouth on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5This was the best circus I have ever seen. It was almost too much for my 4 year old to take in. My 9 year old loved it. The show went over 2 hours with an intermission. Dozens of acts. The only issue was the vast amount of merchandising and high prices attached to them.
The circus was fabulous
by mk48 on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5My husband and I took our 4 granddaughters ( ages 5-9) and they had so much fun it was great just to watch their faces. The 5 yr old was sitting on the edge of her seat with her mouth open for most of the show. The oldest on the way home asked when the circus would be back, she wants to go again. I think the cost of the tickets were fair. We had good seats and $125 for 6 was a good value, but when they wanted a snow cone and I asked the price and was told $12 well $8, for 4 cups of ice was just a little too much. My husband went to concession stand and bought them natchos as did a lot of other people around us and $12. for cotton candy. I think I would rather pay more for the circus and be able to buy a snow cone for $5 a piece instead of $12.
Greatest show on earth?
by Roc19519 on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 4 out of 5No, but pretty good! We had a blast. And the Elephants seemed happy too! If you are thinking about taking the kids to a circus this is the only one to see. We will be back next year!
amazing but if have a kid sensitive to loud bangs.
by bazookalew on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 4 out of 5The show was really amazing. We went last year and this year was just as good. It is a class act. My only piece of advice is that if you have a child that is sensitive to loud noises I would sit further back in the stadium. We got great seats this year that were closer than last year but our son, who has autism, had to leave half way through. It was just too much for him. Last year our seats were further back and he actually did better with it then. There are lots of loud bangs at unexpected times and a lot of sensory information to process. But a great show!
Zing Zang Zoom Circus
by JLRed on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 4 out of 5We had a great time at the circus. As always I wish all the "things" they try to sell while you are there weren't so extremely expensive! I hate that you have to buy a program too!

Loved it.
by JennyMuhl on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5I haven't been to the circus since I was a kid. I brought my husband and my three year old son and the show was fantastic. We got there early to take advantage of the pre-show activities. My son loved being on the floor up close and personal with the elephant and the clowns. Great fun. I loved being so close to the floor -- it's much more polished that I remember as a kid. I was happy to have an afternoon show available for my little guy.
Elephants were awesome!
by BevAnne on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5We took our 3 grandchildren to the circus. There was so much going on we didn't know what to watch... they really enjoyed the show..it was just long enough too. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone!
Great show, but those poor animals
by goldilocks3bs on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 3 out of 5This was my first time at the circus as an adult, bringing my 3 yr. old. The performers were great, loved the acrobatics, stunts, costumes and overall circus experience...BUT, I could not help feeling terrible about the animals involved and imagining what their lives must be like: traveling every 5 days in cramped cages, sleeping in strange places in more cramped quarters and performing in ways that are not natural or comfortable to their nature, (ex: horses having their heads harnessed so they can't lift them up). I'm sure their trainers love these animals as if they are part of the family as most people love their pets, but these animals do not have the same life as a house pet, nor are they domestic animals, except for the dogs. My son's favorite part was the people shot out of the cannon, mine was the acrobats on the "ribbons". A great show can still be put on without involving the animals. It's great that Ringling Bros. has a 200 acre refuge for the elephants in Florida, but that doesn't really make up for the life that these amazing. animals are forced to live as circus performers. A visual of these animals will certainly stick with me and make me sad, therefore we will not attend the circus again.
Disappointed
by journy on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 3 out of 5I hadn't been to the circus in at least 25 years. I miss the actual high wire events, as well as, the trapeze activities as it was in years past. I guess safety concerns and insurance have caused the demise of the amazement that the circus caused when my kids were young. So, it was very colorful and enjoyable as far as the dancing and singing was good.
Did not get refund for RARES
by Abhinaynatraj on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 2 out of 5After buying the tickets, it said if i show my rares ID i would get 4$ per ticket refunded back in counter. But that did not happen when I showed my RARES membership card.
Not your parents' circus
by anoldlady on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 4 out of 5This was the second time we took the kids to Ringling Bros. circus. I would go again and again. Yes, it has the traditional circus acts-magic, juggling, acrobats, animal acts, trapeze. But, it is done with so much flair, daring, dancing and music. The clowns aren't scary as when I was a girl since the clowns didn't have all over face paint. You can go before the circus starts to see some of the performers up close, too. When we got home, my son looked up Ringling videos on the internet to see more. The only thing I didn't like was the pricing for the stuff they sold. We paid as much for a couple of gadgets for the kids and popcorn and cotton candy that it almost equaled our total ticket price. But the kids loved the stuff.
LOVEd the Circus
by Melodie9 on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5It was my first time ever going to circus in all of my 43 years. LOVED IT, will go every year now. Only issue I experienced was trying to get different angle seats. Website kept returning to same section, never varied out further to North in audience.
Awesome!
by mgrabow on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5The Circus was GREAT! My husband loved it and hasn't been to it since he was a kid. The kids really enjoyed it as well. The food and toy prices were outrageous - this is the stuff the Circus people were selling.
Zing Zang Zoom Unstoppable
by BlueMischief on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 4 out of 5This was the first circus my niece had ever gone to and the expression on her face during the show was unforgettable! She didn't know what to expect and I was worried that she would be afraid, but everything went really well. I was impressed with how the circus would focus attention in the air or in another ring to detract from the changes they needed to make in order to keep the showing moving right along. Excellent Job!
I Felt Like a Kid Again at age 50!
by Poochajean on 11/1/10Blue Cross Arena - RochesterRating: 5 out of 5Unforgettable! I am 50 year old woman and this was the first time I had ever been to such a large well renowned circus! I have always dreamed of going since I was a child. It was wonderful.

We had a great time. My three year old loved it. All she has talked about is Mr. Gravity. My husband has never been to the circus and he was amazed. We all are still trying to figure out the magic tricks.
