Rent (Touring) Tickets

To start off, I would not have purchased those particular seats if I had known it was difficult to get to them. My sisters were visiting from other states and I wanted them to see the Majestic. However, they are in their 80's and the climb was awful. I did not see that warning when I purchased the tickets. I do think that the first half needed improvement. The sound was terrible. The actors could not be heard for the loud music ruining their performance. Why was the orchestra on stage?? The second half was wonderful. The music had been toned down and the actors could really be felt. The girl sitting next to me cried when Angel died; very moving. I will buy tickets for another show but will carefully select appropriate seats.

The performers are amazing! I enjoyed it so much that I would recommend to anyone who hasnt seen it. To me, It's an abstract piece of art about a very serious issue. This ensemble was amazing!

Goodness what a brilliant show. The Majestic Theatre is a venue of regal beauty. All that occurred onstage was a group of people having the time of their lives and taking the audience on that journey with them. I’m so happy to have seen it.

I'm very impressed by the show as written. The lyrics and book tell a poignant tale of a community that I've always been an outsider to. Never again will I listen to the song "Seasons of Love" the same way I did before. All that said, it was really hard to follow. Not sure if the acoustics up in the nosebleeds made the vocals harder to pick out or if it was hard for everybody, but large portions of the songs were hard to understand, and the show in general was just hard to follow. During intermission I read the synopsis for Act I on Wikipedia and finally felt I knew what was going on.

There was not a miscast member of this company. Everyone shined perfectly and each time I thought I picked a favorite someone else came along and stole my heart. I laughed. I cried. I didn't want it to end. I got goosebumps during Take Me or Leave Me. Both women have extremely powerful vocals. You know a performance is top notch when I'm sitting there saying to myself, "They're even better than the one and only Idina Menzel!" My only complaint is that I can't se it again, and again.

THIS WAS MY 7TH TIME SEEING RENT AND THEY DID NOT DISAPOINT. IT WAS A GREAT SHOW! ACTORS WERE AMAZING!

I have seen thise musical one other time before and this time was just as good as the last. The actor who protrayed Angel was a standout and the show was great as a whole. I loved it! So emotional and beautiful. Happy to have gotten to see this "farewell" performance.

I have watched Rent from the beginning and this is the first time I’ve been able to see it live. My daughter has dressed up as Mimi since she was four years old and being able to seen RENT , her first live ever, for her 21st birthday Was TOPS! The vocals OMG! “Tom Collins” nailed it! Thank you for coming to San Antonio… you made my baby girls 21st bday the best!

Loved RENT! However, I was seated at LC MEZZ row AA, and was distracted by so many people moving around. I wish everyone would stay seated during the show.

Sound quality was poor so unable to understand singers well - left at intermission

This was my first time seeing Rent. The actors are very talented, but the show was very hard to follow. I had a hard time understanding what was going on in the story, especially in the beginning.

My wife has seen Rent quite a few times but never a production of this size. She was amazed. Worth every penny.

This was rescheduled several times since 2020 and YAY!!! It finally happened! Rent was absolutely beautiful. Amazing musical and performers.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. The precautions taken for COVID-19 were appreciated and it made us more at ease being there. The case and show were simply awesome! We were trilled with their performances and the whole thing was flawless to us. So glad to have live performances back in San Antonio.

The show was amazing! The acting and performance had you moved to tears at the right times and laughing at other times. The talent of the entire cast is indescribable.

This show blew us away! The entire cast was phenomenal and uber talented! Mimi, Tom Collins, Angel, and Maureen were standouts Thank you for an unforgettable night!

The staff at the Majestic was AMAZING! The show was great and the guy who played Mark and the woman who play Mimi were the best part of the show! I always love the Majestic. Perfect experience as always!

RENT was everything I expected and more. The cast pulled it off perfectly. A definite must see even if your not a RENT fan.

Got a cheaper ticket that was literally two rows from the top, hpwever it was amazing, the check in process was so easy and the voew was good, only wish the seats had a little more leg room and the thester enfprced a no talking policy for the audience as someone behind me talked the whole time. The performers were great and gave it their all delivering a showstopping number

The cast was absolutely flawless! I can’t say enough about how awesome the performance was. We saw the original cast in NYC and this show was every bit as powerful. Amazing!
