  • Great show at a great venue!

    by Todd649487 on 6/11/18Newport Music Hall - ColumbusRating: 5 out of 5

Red Wanting Blue is and has been one of my favorite live bands of the past 15 years, and this show did not fall short of that expectation. The passion just pours out of Scott Terry, and the band is as tight as they've ever been. Just an awesome performance. The Newport is also one of my very favorite venues to see a show. I stood on the floor and had absolutely no issue leaving to grab a drink or use the restroom and come right back to my same spot. The floor has three very large stair access points.

  • RWB is always a great show!

    by steelworker73 on 6/11/18Spirit Hall - PittsburghRating: 4 out of 5

The band (RWB) was amazing as always! There opener Liz Brasher was really good too, very talented performer. I loved when she came out for My Las Vegas! I wasn't sure how that was going to go but she/they killed it, and they had a blast doing it, which definitely carried out into the crowd. There weren't that many people there though, I felt bad about that. Whether it was because it was on a weekday or a new place, there just wasn't a big turnout like everyone likes to see. I miss the days when they would do a cover song or two (seemed to stop when they got signed) in the show, but I'll always go to see them if they're in the area. Great band!

  • Best RWB show so far!!

The venue was great. This was my 7th RWB show...best so far! (And I got to hug Eric)

  • 20 years of consistency!

    by Number16guy on 10/24/16Lincoln Theatre - COLUMBUSRating: 5 out of 5

These guys put on a great show and that is how it is no matter where or when I've seen them. Highly recommend going to see them and looking forward to another 20 years!

  • Another Amazing RWB Show!

by DTGrizzle on 10/18/16Lincoln Theatre - COLUMBUSRating: 4 out of 5

Welcome Back RWB! You've been missed! I've now followed you throughout the local bars like Lazy Chameleon, Frog Bear & Wild Boar.... then onto bigger venues such as The Newport... and The House of Blues Cleveland. I've been to the Lincoln Theater several times and wasn't sure how the audience would react in this type of setting. They reacted like true loyal RWB fans... standing up the entire time even though we all had nice comfy seats. There's something to be said about this setting, as well as the Newport setting. Both provide unique forms of entertainment and RWB knows how to pull off an amazing show in any venue! Come Back Soon!

  • RWB20

    by MPD141 on 10/17/16Lincoln Theatre - COLUMBUSRating: 5 out of 5

RWB celebrated their 20th anniversary in style, taping the event for a future live DVD. Because this was a special event, the band blew the dust off some older music, taking the crowd on a journey covering their 20 years together. I've seen them many times, and true fans know what a quintessential live band they are. This is how they have amassed a loyal fan base over 20 years. However, tonight they seemed bent on giving a show for the record books. Scott was clearly having a great time, masterfully weaving new music and old, mixing in some unplugged stage front sing alongs, and telling stories. RWB continues to show how music should be done..live and soulful.

  • New Year's Eve with Red Wanting Blue

by RWBfan on 1/4/16House of Blues Cleveland - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Our best New Year's Eve ever! Back to back shows with Red Wanting Blue, the best way to ring in the new year. They are such an amazing band. Highly recommend seeing them to anyone who hasn't seen them yet.

  • Awesome live show!

by MPD141 on 1/3/16House of Blues Cleveland - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Scott Terry and the boys were on their game on New Years Eve. This is the third time we've seen RWB, and they are an amazing live band. Watching the interaction between Scott and the crowd is akin to a cult following. The fans sing along every word to every song. It is high time the music industry as a whole take notice of this band.

  • AMAZING two nights!

by JenInMichigan on 1/2/16House of Blues Cleveland - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely great two nights - the acoustic show on the 30th was a ton of fun and amazing music. Then the 2nd show was on NYE and it was the best way to ring in 2016.

RWB put on yet another incredible show, as they always do!

  • Red Wanting Blue = Amazing Again!

by MamaBearMoFo on 3/17/15House of Blues Cleveland - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Great show at a great venue! Sound, and overall acoustics were great. Loved Scott Terry's animated singing style. Really fun to watch. HOB Staff were also great. The set list and band interaction made for one of the most memorable and emotional evenings for our group.

RWB always puts on a great show and if you ever get a chance you need to check out the show. They play all their hits and always seem to add something new to the show. They had the best openers I have heard in awhile, the Modern Electric and Bobby Bare, Jr. He did make a good point while he was on stage, some in the crowd were more interested in talking throughout his set then enjoying the music.

Bowery Ballroom is a great venue. Cool layout and excellent sound. All 3 band that night were so good! I already love Red Wanting Blue, but now I can add Alternate Routes and The Morningsiders to my list!

  • RWB was amazing!

by MASSChick on 8/18/14Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

This is the 2nd time seeing RWB and first time seeing AR. Sound was amazing. The only complaints I have is not long enough set for RWB and people talking. Can't wait to see them all again!

  • Great Energy

Awesome bands with great energy- a very fun and interactive show!

  • Pleasant Surprise

by TheWorldNeedsGoodMusic on 8/17/14Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

Always looking for new talented bands, since they are becoming a dying breed. Decided to check these two bands after seeing them briefly on utube. Very talented and very dedicated... a day later, I bought their entire discography. For those of you who are Live at Darryl's House fans, these two bands would be be right at home at his "house".

  • Red wanting blue is amazing

by Bettymu on 2/20/14House of Blues Cleveland - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

Seems their best shows are at the House of a Blues! Great show as always. Scott's energy is amazing

  • RWB was fantastic!

by AMC79 on 2/18/14House of Blues Cleveland - ClevelandRating: 5 out of 5

The 2nd night of their 2 sold out shows was even better than the first. The setlist was great and the energy between the guys was just spot on. Scott sounded wonderful, his gorgeous voice hit every note and he really put his all into it, like he does for every show. This is a band you must see live, as many times as you can. It's always a night to remember.
