The fact these guys aren't huge is insane. It's good because we can see them in small venues for a reasonable price. I have a feeling those days will come to an end when the new cd is released. They should blow up! Amazing energy incredible voice!!!

As always, they sounded great and dept me engaged...Scott and the rest of the band will go far...I just don't know how they have 't been noticed yet!
If you like Rock, Alternative, Jazz, Blues, Southern Beats, country, techno, metal, pop, music, having a good time, live bands that keep you in the music, then you're missing out by not going to see Red Wanting Blue. Bottom line, You like good lyrics and a good jam session than go visit this band soon!
RWB was amazing as always Friday night! Highly recommend seeing them anytime you can!
We went to Columbus to watch the band Red Wanting Blue. They played at the Newport Music Hall. When I walked in, I was doubtful about the place. It seemed a little run down but I was impressed by the crowd and the music selected. The Song Birds were a really good vocal band, They were a local band I was told but did a great job. Red Wanting Blue came on the stage and the crowd went wild. They were obviously the Crowd Pleaser for the night and really did an AMAZING job. I wanted to pack up and follow them to their next town but didn't. I really recommend the group. I wish them luck throughout the years and I will definitely be there to watch them again.
One of the best shows i've seen live. Cleveland HOB is definitely their best venue!
tom evanchucks band was a great opener, red wanting blue is the single best headlining band in ohio.
It's awesome to see local talent like Red Wanting Blue draw such a passionate crowd at an amazing venue like House of Blues. RWB played an hour and a half of non-stop, energetic music. They played 18 songs, new and old, mostly off of "These Magnificent Miles," and had the audience singing along to every one. The opener, The Corduroy Mason Band, was awesome too. More local talent, with an extremely talented kid on guitar and vocals (Tom Evanchuck). I've seen him open for RWB before, so it's cool to see them supporting Cleveland music.
red wanting blue never ceases to amaze me; Friday night's show at the house of blues was no different. They have changed the look of their set but have not taken away from their intensity. red wanting blue is hard rocking, genuine and heartfelt - this is a must see band!
Went just because I thought I had heard of them -- plus the price was right (2 for Tuesday). They were awesome! I would definitely go see them again. Plan to buy their "pride.." cd. Definitely recommended!
Last night, the gents from Red Wanting Blue did it again, with another fantastic show at the House of Blues in Cleveland. Out of all of their shows I've seen so far in Akron, Youngstown, and another couple of times at the HOB, this was the best by far. You could feel the passion and the energy coming off that stage, and the crowd gave them every bit as much passion and energy back. Scott, Greg, Mark, Eric, and Dean (a welcome new addition!) leave it all on stage at the end of the night, and you can't ask for more from a band. I can't wait to see them again in NE Ohio soon!
The show was absolutely amazing!! Both Red Wanting Blue and Honor By August (who opened for them) are extremely talented and a blast to see live - if you ever get a chance, GO SEE THESE BANDS!
