The price, crowd, organization, and efficiency of the concert were spot on. Zero disappointments there. However, my tickets were listed as "side view"but I feel like "partially obstructed"would have been a better description.
This was my daughter's first concert and my first Jingle Ball! We had a blast! We were loving the artists that were selected for the Philly area. Great atmosphere!
I loved this concert but my only complaint is the merch line way too long. There has to be a better way of people being able to view merch online and pre order so we don’t miss half the show waiting in lines
The energy in the Wells Fargo Center was electric! Every performer was amazing! Best night!

Good show but bad seats. Side view was little misleading. I was hoping there would be visible screens, but there was nothing directed to the side and therefore it was hard to see anything but what was on stage. It was hard for the kids to see much as a result. I wish there were pictures of what the view would have been at the time of ticket purchase. I likely would have purchased different seats. Considering the price of tickets, I was hoping for a little better, but I was late to the game so there were limited choices.
Concert was great! However, side screens were needed for those sitting in 115/116. This should have been a given.
Everything went easy and pretty smooth. Parking lot attendant, front doorman, security check, etc. all had very nice workers! Concert was great! Fans were very loud. :-)
Such an amazing event with great artists, the seats were amazing and the event started on time and proceeded promptly throughout the night. So many surprise guests. I really enjoyed it. Jason Derulos set was AMAZING and the best of the night!
It was a very professional presentation for the target audience. The music was virtually non-stop
