Q102 Jingle Ball Tickets

So, the line up was a little disappointing. I never heard of the first band. David Kushner was okay but basically an unknown to most of us. Our seats for fabulous. One Republic rocked the house for sure. Usher was highly disappointing. He stood up there for 5 minutes messing around with his equipment. His song choices were very slow in nature. Nothing popular from the radio. Last year's concert was considerably better. We left early to escape the traffic. The Coca Cola truck outside was the best! We loved taking pics with Santa. We might not attend Jingle Ball 2024 depending on the line up.

the seat is not big enough for most people, and there is no security control, too many people leave their seats and climb on the edge of the stage. The sound for some boy bands is way too loud. The lottery event is not even official like they don't know who's a fan.

Everyone was great, even the performers I never heard of except Usher. I was so disappointed in his performance.

Overall it was a interesting experience and Wells Fargo center was a great place, would definitely go there again

This is our 4th or 5th year -- it has been our family tradition with our , now, young adult daughters and their friends. This is such a great opportunity to see multiple artists. Jingleball never disappoints. Regardless of whether you know of or follow the bands, it is a great festive positive energized night. And, so many artists speak to the audience with positive messages regarding mental health and body image and other struggles. Hey, they're just like us in some ways. Jelly Roll was amazing and I am now listening to his music although I was not familiar with him. Thank you Elvis and crew and Jingleball!

Great show but Usher kind of ruled the ending. I didn’t pay for a karaoke session.

Usher for sure was the highlight! His voice is just divine!

Usher, was the headliner and his performance, set up and visuals were very lack luster, low budget, and as if last minute

We had a good time. I wish they had gotten one or two more current artists. The music was also painfully loud. I don’t think it needed to be that loud. Seriously it was painful at times. Overall a good experience and I would probably go again depending on who is performing.

My son and I totally love the show. It was great to see many artist with lots of hit songs. Even artist I was not overly familiar with, were great. TM made this all possible, by getting me great seats at a good price.

The whole performance of everyone was amazing everyone did an amazing job jelly roll killed it he knew how to shake a crowd ! Usher did amazing ! So did everyone else I will be coming again for sure me and my lady were very amazed . We will be back there for another show in a few months ! Thanks Wells Fargo much love from Massachusetts

The concert was great up, they did change the line up but that was still okay. It wasn’t until the closer Usher came on. You would think at the end of the show it would be fast, uplifting, going out with a bang. Nope, he barely sang more than two lyrics per song, the songs were played sooo slow, with an electric keyboard. It felt like I was grasping at straws to put together a song. I didn’t pay to listen to the crowd sing but that’s 90% of his set. So many people left because it was terrible. Worst closer/preformed I ever seen live before.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the finale with Usher was anything but climactic. We've waited years to see him and to basically do an Usher karaoke because well he really didn't sing much of the songs and seemed surprised when the audience actually knew the words (apparently better than he did). His backup singers were amazing though. I just wish he took the time to really be prepared and sing his music and let the audience participate but not do all the work. On to the other acts - they were all phenomenal! I think the Jingle Ball should've ended with One Republic's performance. They were so good. That would have really set the mood for a wonderful holiday season.

I'm not sure what happened here but it seemed Usher relied on the crowd singing the majority of the lyrics.

Everyone performed well. Loved Jelly Roll and one republic. Was disappointed with Usher. Felt like he was performing in Vegas. Was hoping he would have played some old school music.

Every act was so good except Usher. What a waste of time. He stood there and had the audience sing his songs. Low energy, not entertaining. We left before it was over.

The Jingle Ball was an am amazing night! This was my first time at one and will definitely do it again in the future. The headliners: Big Time Rush, Jelly Roll, One Republic and Usher were all so amazing. I get that artists are limited on the number of songs they can play but it was all still fantastic. I've been to Wells Fargo in Philly many times for shows and always have a good experience there. Can't wait to see what next year brings!

I thought the venue was nice and the staff were very pleasant. The food was good and the artists were amazing!
